"So, we are discussing funeral plans for Lady Kaho Kamisato, correct?" Hu Tao asked, she seemed to have an excited and carefree look in her eyes despite talking about a topic that should've scared many.
"Correct." Lord Kamisato nodded. To Hu Tao's right was Zhongli who was holding a notepad and scribbling down notes.
"I would suggest to hold the funeral in two days time. We have nothing scheduled for that day and we are supposed to have cloudy skies!" Hu Tao said.
"Two days? Yes, that works finely." Lord Kamisato nodded.
"Zhongli, are you getting all of this down?" Hu Tao asked, looking at the consultant beside her.
"Yes." Zhongli nodded and scribbled something down.
"So, what are our plans for flowers?" Hu Tao leaned on the table with her chin resting her hands.
"If possible, please make them Cecilia flowers." Ayato said, "Those were my mother's favourite flowers."
"Understood," Zhongli said and then said, "Director, you need to tell them about the material we will be using."
"Ah yes! I have just recently come up with this idea but are you alright if we consider Lady Kaho Kamisato a 'marble' client?" Hu Tao asked with a mischievous look in her friendly eyes.
"Pardon?" Lord Kamisato asked, his eyebrow raised.
"Well, a 'marble' customer is the highe-" Hu Tao started.
"Director, I believe I told you that we should not use that idea," Zhongli interrupted and Hu Tao puffed her cheeks, "Also, that is not what I meant."
"Fine, fine," Hu Tao sighed, "Anywhoozles, we can make her gravestone in two different materials, granite or marble. We usually have more options but they have yet to arrive."
"May we please know the difference between the two?" Ayaka asked.
"Granite is the typical stone that we use but with marble, we can make much more intricate engravings of your choosing," Hu Tao explained with a smirk, "I would personally suggest granite because of its versatility and durability but marble looks much better and more polished."
Ayaka took a moment to take in how knowledgeable Hu Tao was in this subject, even if it was a weird one.
"In my opinion," Zhongli said suddenly, "I would suggest granite, as Director mentioned, it is far more durable and will not crack."
"That way," Hu Tao added, "The memory of your beloved will never wear out and will always stay in good condition."
Hu Tao gave a smile and opened her eyes, revealing her flower shaped pupils. Ayaka looked at her father and bowed her head slightly, indicating that he could make the decision.
"We'll do granite." Lord Kamisato said and no one objected.
Zhongli immediately wrote those words down and set the notepad back down on the ground.
"So! What time shall we hold her funeral?" Hu Ta asked.
"6 PM." Ayato said.
"Also, will we be holding a burial and then a funeral or just the funeral?" Hu Tao slid a piece of paper onto the table, on the paper listed every option available, "We can also burn the body and then bury the ashes, or we can pour the ashes out into the ocean."
