     "Yay! We're back home!" Thoma exclaimed excitedly and stepped into the Kamisato estate's gardens.

     "Indeed," Ayaka nodded happily, "I must report to Nii-sama that we have returned."

      "Then I'll make sure to tell Teacher and everyone else!" Thoma assured, it was early in the morning and the two guards who were on night-shift had just left to switch. Thoma and Ayaka entered the estate and right away, headed off to Ayaka's room to drop of their luggage.

     After that was done, Ayaka went to Ayato's office to see if he was awake and Thoma did the same for Itsuki and the heads of certain chores.

     "Nii-sama? Are you awake?" Ayaka questioned, knocking softly on her brother's door.

     No response.

     "Brother?" Ayaka asked again, remembering that Sharar and Abdiel could be in his office.

     "Lady Ayaka?"

     It was Sharar, judging by her voice, she had just woken up.

    "Oh! My apologies! Did I wake you up?" Ayaka apologized.

    "Ack! Lady Ayaka!" Abdiel could be heard on the other side of the door, "Sorry! We were all just a little too focused on our work!"

    "Ah, that's alright." Ayaka breathed a quiet sigh of relief, "Is my brother there?"

   "O-oh! Yes! Young Lord," Sharar said, "Lady Ayaka has returned home."

   "Young Lord!" Abdiel exclaimed, "Oh... I'm sorry Lady Ayaka, he's currently sleeping. I'll wake him up."

   "That's fine," Ayaka reassured, "I'm glad that he's resting. Could you just let him know that I've returned home in case I don't have the chance later on?"

    "Of course!" Sharar promised.

    "Thank you." even though they weren't there, Ayaka bowed her head slightly and walked away.

     By the time Ayaka had returned back to her room, Thoma was already there and had been in the middle of changing back into his usual clothes.

    "Ack!" Thoma exclaimed and quickly pulled down his black shirt.

    "I-I'm sorry!" Ayaka apologized and turned around, "I should have knocked!"

    "Do-don't worry Young Lady!" Thoma assured, "It's fine!"

     Thoma pulled on his red and dark brown jacket.

    When he was done changing, Ayaka turned back to face him and both were red in the face.

    "Eheheh..." both laughed awkwardly.

                                                                               ...

    Ayaka walked back into Ayato's office, looks like he wanted to see her immediately after hearing that she had returned back from her trip.

   Meanwhile, Thoma was put back to work right away and was now cooking up a storm in the kitchen to make up for his days of absence.

  "Ni- Brother, it's me." Ayaka said as she knocked on Ayato's office door once again.

  "Come in!" Ayato replied, he didn't sound as tired as he used to... that was good. Looks like the small nap really helped him.
