Land of the Winds

      It was early in the morning. 5 AM to be exact. The sun had barely crept over the mountains and yet, Hu Tao, Ayaka, Zhongli, and Thoma were all up and were walking on a dirt path.

    "Ah, here it is." Hu Tao said and they all stood in front of a granite gravestone.

    Engraved into the granite was Lady Kamisato's name, how long she had lived for, and a prayer. Hu Tao knelt down and wiped away some moss that had begun to grow on the bottom of the gravestone, by wiping away the moss, she revealed that another name had been engraved.

    'Kazue Kamisato- Beloved husband of Kayo Kamisato and dear father of Ayaka and Ayato Kamisato'

   "When did you add my father's name?" Ayaka asked.

   "As soon as I had received your letter." Hu Tao replied, "I still can't believe it had been so long ago that moss had begun to grow."

    "Director engraved it by hand," Zhongli explained, "That's why the letters do not look as refined."

    "You helped Zhongli!" Hu Tao reminded.

     "Oh! It's perfectly fine!" Ayaka assured, "In fact... I like how you didn't have someone else do it."

     "Mhm, I agree with Young Lady." Thoma nodded.

     "Well, whatever the case, I'm going to do a prayer now, alright?" Hu Tao closed her eyes and Ayaka joined her followed by Thoma and Zhongli.

    'I... I'm out in Liyue now, don't worry, everything's fine back home,' Ayaka reassured them, 'Though, Nii-sama seems to be under a lot of stress lately, I'm sure he wishes he could be here too...'

    'Lady Kamisato, I'm keeping my promise. Lord Kamisato, I uh... probably should've asked for you permission before asking your daughter out.' Thoma thought.

     Hu Tao and Zhongli both said a silent prayer to both Lord and Lady Kamisato, Hu Tao prayed that both were together and Zhongli prayed for them to be happy and at peace.

    'I pray that neither of you left any regrets.' both thought at the same time and then opened their eyes.

    "Are you two done?" Ayaka asked, she and Thoma had already finished their prayers.

   "Yes, now then, you two want to leave soon, right?" Zhongli questioned.

   "Well, it's going to take a while to walk to Mondstadt." Thoma nodded.

   "True, then I suppose you're going to have to leave." Hu Tao frowned.

   "Don't worry, we'll come back to Liyue to catch a ride with Beidou's crew back to Inazuma." Ayaka reassured.

    "Oh, okay!" Hu Tao's face lit up with excitement.

    "It's a good thing I asked for Beidou's sailing plans for this week," Ayaka breathed a sigh of relief, "She's sailing off for Inazuma in four days so that means we should stay in Mondtstadt for three and then come back to Liyue."

     "Wow Young Lady, you really planned this trip out." Thoma praised.

    "Well, I only have a week off." Ayaka gave a smile, "I needed to plan it."

    "Oh, come to think of it, Liyue sends carriages to Mondstadt, maybe you can hitch a ride with them!" Hu Tao remembered.

   "When do they leave?" Thoma asked.

   "If I remember correctly... they leave at 5:30 AM." Zhongli replied.

   "What time is it?" Ayaka questioned.
