Chapter 14: Tournament pt6; 3 vs 3

The field surrounded the six brawlers, all of them ready for this massive battle. "Remember the plan guys." Jamie said. Aya and Aubrey nodded response. "We got this guys!" FlamingoGawd told his team mates. MudaMan smirked, but Primeval was thinking to himself. "Why did they put Jamie on the team? VolleyGan seemed way stronger due to that Pyrus Inferneon...they're up to something...but what?" Primeval shook his head, saving that worry for when it gets there. "GATE CARD SET!" All 6 brawlers yelled. The field lit up with Red, yellow, green, orange and purple. "Aya you're up!" Jamie said. "You got it! BAKUGAN BRAWL! HYNOID STAND!" Aya yelled. Hynoid roared as it stood on Aya's card. MudaMan grabbed a Bakugan from his clip. "Let's do this DarkHope! BAKUGAN BRAWL! LASERMAN STAND!" Laserman stood on MudaMan's card. "Aubrey!" Aya called. "Right! GATE CARD SET! BAKUGAN BRAWL! GARGANOID STAND!" Garganoid screeched, flying around on the card Aubrey set when the game started. "Oh this is gonna be easy!" FlamingoGawd said as he grabbed a Bakugan. "BAKUGAN BRAWL! RATTLEOID STAND!" Rattleoid hissed at Garganoid.

"Rattleoid Power Level 420g. Garganoid Power Level 390g."

"Looks like this battle's mine! But don't be mad, Haos is the greatest attribute!" FlamingoGawd boasted. "Didn't I beat you through?" Aubrey retorted. "SHUDDUP! THAT WAS A FLUKE!" FlamingoGawd yelled. "Then let me give you a reminder! GATE CARD OPEN! QUARTET BATTLE!" Aubrey commanded. "What!?" FlamingoGawd said, surprised. "Jamie? Little help?" Aubrey asked coyly. "With pleasure. BAKUGAN BRAWL! LIMULUS STAND!" Jamie shouted. "Not bad." Primeval said. Aubrey and Jamie looked at him, knowing what was coming next. "But that's a Quartet Battle card. Meaning..." Primeval continued, reaching for his clip. "BAKUGAN BRAWL! SERPENOID STAND!" Seprenoid hissed as it entered battle.

"Serpenoid and Rattleoid combined Power Level 860g. Garganoid and Limulus combined Power Level 820g."

"Ha ha! We're still higher than you!" FlamingoGawd taunted. "No! It's a trick!" Primeval jolted. "You're correct! Aubrey? Ladies first." Jamie said smirking. "Why thank you, Jamie. ABILITY CARD ACTIVATE! CORRELATION BETWEEN VENTUS AND PYRUS!" Aubrey commanded. Jamie smirked, pulling out an ability card of his own. "My turn! ABILITY CARD ACTIVATE! CORRELATION BETWEEN SUBTERRA AND HAOS!"

"Serpenoid and Rattleoid Power Level reduced to 660g. Garganoid and Limulus Power Level increased to 1020g."

Garganoid screeched as a blast of wind knocked over Serpenoid. Limulus tackled and cut Rattleoid. Both Pyrus and Haos Bakugan returning to their owners. Jamie caught his Limulus and Aubrey caught her Garganoid. "Aw man! I can't believe we fell for that!" FlamingoGawd complained. "It's not over yet, Flamingo." Primeval said. "You're correct! It's only just begun! GATE CARD SET!" Jamie yelled. "BAKUGAN BRAWL! LIMULUS STAND!" Jamie commanded, throwing Limulus onto the Gate Card he had set. "Primeval." MudaMan said. "Right. BAKUGAN BRAWL! TERRORCLAW STAND! ABILITY CARD ACTIVATE! CONTROLLED FLAME!"

Controlled Flame - Ability Card for Pyrus. Move the last of your opponent's Bakugan that stood to another Gate Card.

Limulus was moved to Primeval's Gate Card. "GATE CARD OPEN! PYRUS LOCK!"

Pyrus Lock - Gate Card for Pyrus. Only Pyrus Bakugan may play ability cards this battle.

Terrorclaw pinched and sliced at Limulus, defeating it. "Jamie!" Aya said. "Don't worry. Better my Limulus than your Mantris." Jamie said quietly. "I would call you a fool for falling for that again, but to be fair, it's not something that can be countered easily. Your turn DarkHope." Primeval called. "GATE CARD SET!" BAKUGAN BRAWL! MANTRIS STAND!" Aya shouted throwing Mantris to the card he had just set. "Now, ABILITY CARD ACTIVATE! MARIONETTE!"

Marionette - An ability card for Mantris. Move any Bakugan to any Gate Card.

Mantris moved MudaMan's Laserman to the Gate Card. "GATE CARD OPEN! MINE GHOST!" The Card lit up and suddenly exploded. Defeating both Bakugan. "This is peculiar...why are they purposefully defeating their own Bakugan?" MudaMan mumbled. "I don't know, but it's certainly troubling." Primeval quietly replied. "It matters not. GATE CARD SET!" MudaMan yelled. "BAKUGAN BRAWL! SAURUS STAND!" MudaMan shouted, throwing Saurus to the card he just set. Aubrey grabbed a Bakugan and readied. "BAKUGAN BRAWL! RAVENOID STAND!" Aubrey threw Ravenoid, starting a battle with MudaMan.
