Bucky and I had been dating for a month or two now. I couldn't be more in love
Whenever I was with a guy before we'd like each other a lot the first 1-3 weeks but then would lose that. But with Bucky I just loved him more and more everyday
Buck and I hadn't hung out or gone on a date In about a week and a half-ish.
It was a chilly day out so I decided to stay in and cozy up by my fireplace- no plans whatsoever to go out
My phone started to ring so I picked it up, still staying under my blankets, and answered it
"Hey Dee"
Bucky says from the other line
"What's up"
"Me and Steve were out and we found something we really want you to see. So meet me outside your place in half and hour"
"Oh..kay"
He hangs up. What are those boys up to.
No questions asked I just go and get in a warmer outfit and throw on some light makeup then of course put my hair in a ponytail.
I layer on some jackets and wait for a sign of the guys.
I hear a car stop in front of my house so I go out and see bucky walking up the steps
"Hi"
He says coming closer to me to give me a hug
I look at the car and see Steve standing and waving infront of it
I dash over to him then wrap him in a big hug
"It's been way too long since I've seen you"
He just laughs at my words
"Cmon we should get going"
Bucky says to us
We all get into the car and drive somewhere I recognize but not that I can pinpoint
We drive into a parking lot and we all get out
The guys tell me to close my eyes as they guide me closer to the destination.
"Now open"
Steve instructs
I open my eyes and look around
Woah
It's the old drive in we used to always go to
"It's the drive in- I can't believe they kept it up"
"We were stunned too"
Bucky says
"How did you guys even find this"
"There was whispers about them saying they might take it down"
Steve says
I go and wonder over to the swing by the screen
"Steve, remember when there would be no kids on this and me and you would just mess around on it"
"I remember"
He says walking over
"I would say a memory I have but I barley came to your movie hangouts"
Bucky says
"You came a couple times"
I say examining the surroundings
"We never were able to get a car to use for this place, huh"
Steve says walking slowly to some abandoned cars
"Yeah.."
I sigh and sit down on a swing
"I don't know if I'm happy or sad to see this place"
I chuckle
"Why not a bit of both"
Steve says sitting down on the second swing next to me
We stayed a little longer there until Steve had to go and took a car to- wherever he was going.
"Did you ever have feelings for Steve?"
Bucky asks standing by the side of the swing
"What?"
I ask flustered by the random question
"Did you?"
"No never. You know he's been like a brother to me since forever"
I tell
Bucky sighs
Then I get an idea of what's going on
I stand up and put my hands on his cheeks
"Bucky are you jealous?"
He looks past me just saying
"Your hands are cold"
"I'll take that as a yes"
I say quietly
I wrap my arms around his neck and kiss him deeply
"I love you"
"It's always only been you"
I say then kiss him once more
"I've never been good with this relationship stuff"
He says softly instantly after our kiss
"It's a trial and error"
I say
"do you want to move in with me?"
I look at him and just let out a laugh not knowing what to say
"Or I can move in with you- you do have the house and I have the apartment-"
I put my hand on his mouth
"Yes I will move in with you wherever it is"
This time he's the one kissing me

We decided on getting a whole new apartment in the middle of our houses and a quick drive away from Steve's place. It was a really nice apartment. The people there were also the sweetest. There were a lot of old people and adults which I liked.
Carrying the boxes out of the moving truck Bucky was trying to take over
"I'm the one with the metal arm dummy I should be taking the heavy boxes"
He commands
"But I want to help"
I whine
"You are helping... by letting me do everything"
I hit him in his arm
He jokingly pretends to drop the box at my hit
"Buckkyy"
I whine once more
He grabs a box and puts it in my hand
"There"
Which happened to be one of the heaviest ones
"Fine- you take the heavy stuff"
I say nearly folding at the knees
He laughs
"I can't wait to be your roommate"
"Oh shut up"
I tell him
We had finished bringing in the boxes and just fell tiredly on the couch that had been there from the previous owners
"Steve said he'd drop by later to help us unpack"
Buck says
"Great"
He grabs my arm and pulls me closer to him
"Ya know this is all I wanted for so long"
I say
"Me too"
He says brushing a strand of hair away from my face
I kiss him
"Bucky Barnes your my dream come true"
He kisses my forehead
"And Diane, you are mine"
