If you're re-reading because of the major editing I've made, I apologise for being so annoying and redoing everything.

This fic isn't different to the unedited fic in terms of plotline, I've just changed some minor details like Nova's aesthetic and the pov the whole fic is set in....  I've also made it look prettier lol

ANYWAYS

Firstly, I'd just like to warn you, the reader, that this fic at times contains themes of mild violence, referenced abuse and mental illnesses (eating disorders and anxiety as well as panic attacks and nightmares) and mentions self-harm. I will mark each chapter with a disclaimer warning if I believe it contains anything that could potentially be a trigger. I apologise if anything is too explicit or triggering; let me know and I will remove it or soften it! Please look after yourself!

Secondly, I'm an English student at college so updates will be incredibly irregular, however motivating comments asking me to update are greatly appreciated! Also, any corrections or feedback are welcome too as I'm always looking for ways to improve my writing. I'm also open to requests or ideas for things you'd like to see in this fic too! :)

Lastly, most chapters follow the plotline of episodes from Tracy Beaker Returns and eventually The Dumping Ground, although some details are changed (for example, Elektra appears in chapters set in episodes before she was introduced as a character on the show) and I've also headcanoned a lot of the character's identities, which is explained in the next chapter.

I also recommend watching the episode each chapter follows (when it does follow an episode) cus I think it just makes it easier to follow and you'll rely less on my scrappy writing to know what's going on aha

One last thing... this fic started when I was hyperfixated on the show, and since writing a lot has changed, I have less free time and I'm also not as invested in the show as i used to be, so updates are incredibly slow and irregular, you'll just have to trust me with this one. I'm also just using this fic to try out writing plotlines, character relationships and details so i might focus on things other than the plot that's not super relevant but it's what's keeping this fic alive rn so there's nothing i can do about that :')
