Spencer's POV

How did I get so lucky? What did I do to deserve this second chance? Not an damn thing. I never thought I'd see her again. Seems like the world has chosen that a long time ago, yet, here she is, in my arms.

Spencer kissed her lips once more. His anxiety getting the best of him, he waited for her to come to the realization that she shouldn't be doing this. So, every chance she gave him to touch her, he took it.

"Let's head back" He stared into her doe eyed browns recognizing the fear in them.

"Liv?" She looked away twisting her bracelet.

"I'm just not sure where or how were going to sleep" He wanted to laugh at how cute she was. She's got nothing to worry about though and he wanted to make sure she knew that. Besides him, sporting a wood all night at the mere thought of her being so close to him. He wouldn't push anything. He promised her time, despite the fact that Olivia was always his demise. She was the one thing in his world that always made sense to him.

"Chill" He says, trying to calm her nerves.

"You get the tent and the rest of us will be out by the fire" He had no idea if that was Dillon's plan, but even if it wasn't, it was still happening. There was no way she was going into a tent with Victor or his brother, who ironically couldn't keep his hands to himself. She heaved out a huge sigh.

"Okay, sorry If I'm being crazy"

"Come on" Spencer begrudgingly let go of her. They make their way out to where the guys were, as he tried to figure out a plan. There may be a lot of good between Liv and him, but there's a lot of bad between them too. He needed to be smart about this and how he proceeds. He couldn't scare her off or let her think he wasn't interested. That would be crazy. It's only been a week since Layla moved out. Just like his worries about whether she could love again after Jadyn, she's probably worried about the same thing as well.

"You okay over there?" She asked. Her brown eyes glimmered in the moonlight. He stepped closer, needing to kiss her. He had to feel her mouth on his, reminding him that she was actually there. She was here and this wasn't some crazy dream of his. He kept moving until there was no distance between them. When her breath hitched, he stepped away.

"Damn" He closed his eyes looking away.

"Hey" Her hand pressed against his arm. "What's the matter?"

He didn't want to admit this to her, she didn't need to know how the inkling of her willingness to give him a chance, made him this happy. If there was any hope left in her heart, he was going to find it and hold on to it. Olivia is mine. Always has been, always will be. I'll make sure of that.

"I was going to kiss you" He confessed the truth. But it was the only parts of his thoughts he was willing to part with.

"Why'd you stop?"

"Did you want me to kiss you?" He couldn't figure her out, which was never an issue for him. He used to be able to read her mind no matter how hard she fought against it. She looked away.

"I don't know.... I mean what exactly are we doing, here?"

"I think they call it dating these days"

"Dating?"

"Yeah, you know the thing where the man tries to get the woman to see how perfect he is, which you already know already, but this more like, dating while already knowing were a match" She shook her head with a smile.

"Were different people now, Spence"

"I know, that's why I stopped myself" He wanted to claim her again, but he also wanted to be the last man to have a part of her. He comprehended how this might look, but the idea of anyone else's hands on her body made him want to fight. It literally drove him into insanity. Olivia walked forward placing her hand on his cheek. He froze, allowing her to create the pace. It took every ounce of restraint he had not to pull her into his arms. Years, he's waited for this. He hasn't been the same since she walked out of his life, or in his case, the day he walked out of hers.
