Josie's POV:

"Hope?.. Hope! What are you doing?! Let her go! She can't breathe." I said as I watch Hope squeezing her throat. "Hope. Come on. Let her go, it's not worth it." Lizzie said as she comes from behind me. Hope let her go and Penelope fell to the floor, coughing. "Baby.. are you ok?" I asked her as Hope just watched. It was like she wasn't even there. "Yeah Jo. I'm fine. Alpha wolf here got a little upset about me and you." Penelope said and I looked up at Hope. Her eyes turned a dark grey and the veins in her arms where popping.

"Hope.. Let's go. The party has started and I want to drink so can we please go?" Lizzie asked Hope, gently wrapping her arm around hers. Hope seemingly snapped out of it and looked from me to Lizzie. Her eyes changed, which was weird because I've only ever seen grey, light and dark green, light brown, and purple but her eyes are now shining hazel. I've never seen that before. She smiled at Lizzie before walking away with her on her arm. Penelope got up and we went into my room. She sat on my bed while I closed the door.

"What did you say to Hope to make her want to kill you?" I asked her, sitting next to her. "All I did was try to clear up the drama and tell her that you still care about her and that you feel really guilty and sad about it. Then she said that she doesn't care about that and she's over it. She pretty much hates me because of you and what we did so she had an opportunity to get at me and she did. Plus I may or may not have grabbed her when she went to walk away.." Penelope said as she smiled at me.

I thought about what Hope had said for awhile. Me and Penelope made it to the party and got some drinks. The party was fun until I seen Hope and Lizzie dancing in the middle of the party. Lizzie was all over her and Hope didn't mind. I know they're both pretty drunk but it stung a little to have the idea of my sister and my ex getting together hurt a lot more than I would of believed. I managed to stop looking at them and went to get another drink. The song that was playing ended and someone came up next to me at the drink stand. I watched as they grabbed an entire bottle of tequila. They were clearly already pretty drunk.

"Hey.. I'm sure you know what you're doing but I'm positive that you probably shouldn't drink that bottle tonight.. or at least not here." I said softly. "Why don't you come with me and drink it somewhere else?" Hope said. I looked over at her and she had that same smile that she always had for me and my heart skipped a little seeing the state she was in. I truly did feel guilty for what I did. "Sure. Let's get out of here." I said. She held her hand out for me to take and I did. She held it tight as we hurried passed people we knew. It was like the first time we snuck off all over again.

My stomach was in knots by the time I pulled her into the room. The door closing behind her matched the way my heart was beating in my chest. She walked closer to me, still holding my hand and I really thought she was going to kiss me but much to my disappointment, she let go of my hand and sat on the edge of my bed. I watched as she opened the bottle and press it to her lips. The way her neck looked as she leaned back to take a large sip or how her eyes close every time the alcohol burns going down. She eventually relaxed a little and handed me the bottle. I took it and threw some of it back until my throat was on fire, making me cough a little.

Hope laughed a little as I tried to stop coughing but it was failing. She got up and came over to me, patting my back a little to help. A few pats later and she stopped, leaving her hand on the small of my back. Her breathe slowly blowing against my neck. My heart started racing again. "Hope.. I have a question.." I said lightly as she stood in front of me and our eyes locked. "One last time? Please? One more time and I'll let you go if that's what you want.. I just need to be the one here with you tonight.." I said and her eyes turned little brown, golden almost. "One last time.. ok?.. this is the last time.." She said and I smiled, nodding.
