Josie's POV:

Hope and Jade have spent the last couple of months hanging out regularly leaving me and Lizzie to hang out with each other. I wanted to know what they were doing so one day I stalked them with an invisibility spell so they had no idea I was even there. They went to this little jewelry spot in town and they went over to the desk. I could hear some of what was being said. "Hi. I was in here about a month ago now and I was wondering if you had gotten that ring done the way I asked." Hope said while Jade looked around. "Yes Ms. Mikaelson. It's ready. Let me get it for you and we can close you out." The women said before disappearing to the back. "Dude what if she says no? What if it's too soon and it scares her off?" Hope said and I wanted to scream. She was going to propose to Lizzie. "Bro chill. She loves you more than I think you realize. I mean you two have gone back and forth for two years now and you guys have finally got it figured out. You told me that you wanted what I had with Josie with Lizzie and now you have that. Josie and I are enjoying the simple part of this all otherwise I would have already asked her to marry me. You put a lot of pressure on yourself by doing it in front of the entire school at graduation. You got this, I promise. I'll be there, Jo will be and all of your family and friends. You guys have all the support in the world. Use it." Jade said and I was actually proud that she gave her good advice this time.

"I just... What if she isn't as ready for this as I am? I just don't want her to think I'm rushing because I'm not. I just... I want her to see that I am dead serious about this, that this isn't some high school sweetheart's that break up after they go away to college. I want her to know I'm in this forever but I can't say that to her. I need her to see that." Hope said and you could see just how much this meant to her. I knew not to say anything to Lizzie but I need Hope to know that it's ok to go through with this. I know my sister and this will say everything that Hope is failing to say. I dropped the invisibility spell and Jade almost pissed herself. "Josie!?" They both yelled as the women came back with the ring. "Here you are Ms. Mikaelson. I'm sorry for the wait." The owner said, not even bothering to look at me. Money really does control this world. "Here." Hope said as she gave her card to the woman to charge. I saw part of the ring but not enough to actually have an opinion.

"How did you find us? I swear I had left you in bed asleep." Jade said as she looked at a nervous Hope. "It's ok. I wanted to know what you two had been planning for the last few months so I followed you with an invisibility spell. By the way Hope, you should go through with it." I told her as we walked along the sidewalk. "Really? You don't think it's too sudden?" She asked as she played with the box in her hands. "Yes really. I know my sister and I know you. You've always been better with actions than words and Lizzie loves you. You should do it like you had planned. You got this. I know she'll say yes. Graduation is in a week. Just keep cool until then. Also have you asked our parents yet?" I asked and Hope stopped before looking at Jade. "Oh shit. I forgot to remind you to do that yesterday. I guess it's time to set up a dinner where you can ask them together." Jade said as she looked at me for help. Hope looked like she was going to threw up and pass out so we grabbed her arms and sat on a near by bench. "It's ok. We can set it up tonight at the Grill. I'll keep Lizzie busy while you ask them. I know they'll say yes if you tell them exactly why you want to marry her. Jade, take pointers. You'll need them someday." I said before looking back at Hope. She looked a little calmer than before but the nerves were still present.

Hope called my parents while me and Jade took off. They were going to meet her at the Grill in an hour. I have to get back to Lizzie before she wonders off to find her own personal Romeo. I have to admit I was excited for them. I knew they would eventually get to this point but for Hope, this was a real surprise. She never talked about marriage with me or any other girl she had been with. I mean we were together for 3 years and marriage was never something we talked about. I guess it's not the time you're together but the love you share. I can't believe Hope is going to be my sister-in-law. I mean she was always a part of our family but now she actually will be and we'll be a part of hers. This is going to be fucking crazy. A Mikaelson marrying a Saltzman, talk about star-crossed lovers. I hope they say yes. I know this will make Lizzie forgive our dad a lot quicker than the rate of it now.
