Chapter Thirty-Six: We'll Be Fine

No one's POV:

Time went on and the boys grew. Hope became the best mother she could be and Lizzie as well. Once the boys got old enough to go to school, Lizzie did too. She finally attended Mystic Falls University and Hope helped start a family business that would last the next millennium. Their legacy was only beginning. They did eventually have the baby girl they dreamed of and named her Malia Hayley Mikaelson. They had the perfect little family and no one dared take that away from them. 

Rebekah had a boy named Andre Niklaus Mikaelson. Marcel was thrilled to have a boy seeing as now the twins had their first bestfriend. They had playdates every weekend and the families couldn't have come together any better. Kol was able to find a new love and he was off living his best life. Freya and Keelin stayed at the family compound in New Orleans and their son eventually transferred to the Salvatore school where Hope taught them how to control their abilities. The kids loved her there so Alaric had no choice but the let Hope take over when he died a few years after Malia was conceived. He never got the chance to meet her. 

Caroline worked closely with Hope until she retired and went back to Paris where she had a secret lover waiting. That came as a surprise to everyone seeing as she never mentioned it when she had all those years to say it but then again she would randomly take trips to Paris with no explanation. Jade eventually took over Caroline's job working with Hope and it seems to have worked out perfect. 

Josie had two kids so far and her marriage to Jade was almost perfect. They broke up for a little bit but got back together when Josie realized she was pregnant. The kids all got along and played all the time together. Rafeal found himself his own pack and he moved to California with his long lost mom and dad. Penelope disappeared without a trace and MG married Ethan. Kaleb and Cleo got married and had a cute little family. Jed and Wade found companionship and started a business together for all the nerds out there. 

Everyone was happy and healthy. They all made it out just fine and like they say, everything turned out just fine. Till next time everyone.
