Why? Draco Malfoy X Reader

End of Year 4

The gang headed to the boats that would take us to watch the second task.
All of us climbed in and a wizard took us to through the black lake, where there were three wooden buildings.
We were taken to the one farthest to the right.

We got out and we moved through the people so we could get to the front.
We ended up being next to Potter fans, like a little boy who was a big fan of him, and the Weasley Twins and their youth sister.

The sound of the cannon caught our attention.
All four champions jumped into the water.

Potter jumped in as if he was having a heart attack.
Then it went silent.
"Did you see Potter? Think he's dead?" Crabbe ask Draco. "No, nothing simple can kill him." He said as he leaned on the rail in front of him.
Just then Potter shot out of the water like a dolphin and back in. The boy beside us started to cheer. We glare at him and Draco hits him in the head.
Then it went silent again.
I swear this hour better go fast.

It wasn't long before Fleur had to be saved because she was attacked by the Grindlylows.
She was disqualified.
"Ugh, this is so boring. Why did we even come to this? We can't see them!" I complained.

"To support Krum!" Goyle answered back.

I rolled my eyes as I leaned on the rail in boredom.

Awhile later, Cedric Diggory rose to the top of the water with Cho Chang.
She was a Ravenclaw and Diggory fancied her.

The crowd erupted.

Not much later Viktor Krum and Granger appeared in the black lake.
Viktor had a shark head and it went back to normal. Draco and the rest of them shouted and cheered for Viktor.
"Yeah! Way to go, Krum!" They clapped and cheered.
It didn't take a lot thinking to figure it out, but the champions had to save someone they cared about.

Once the clock chimed, both Weasley and who I'm guessing was Fleur's person to save rose up from the black lake.
The audience erupted as loud as they could.
The little boy next to us was screaming and jumping. Draco glared at him and he hit him in the head once again.

Both Weasley and Fleur's persob were helped up onto the wooden building.

Then Potter shot up and landed on the building. "Attentioonn" Dumbledore yelled and we listened.

"The winner is, Mr. Diggory!" There were cheers from all three buildings.

"who showed innate command of the Bubble-Head Charm." Dumbledore continued.

They began to announce second place.
"-had it not been his determination to rescue, not only Mr. Weasley but the others as well, we've agreed to award him, Second Place."
The crowd was filled with cheers for Potter.

"WHAT?! That's ridiculous!" Crabbe yelled. "For outstanding moral riber." Dumbledore finished.

The same little boy, yelled "Yes!" and was looking into his binoculars. Draco hit him once more and all four of us left the building.

We get into a boat to get back to the castle. "Pathetic. Moral fiber won him second place." Draco says in anger. "He wasn't even there when the hour was up." Goyle advised.
They nodded their heads.
"These tasks are boring. The only interesting one was the first one." I say in disappointment.
We eventually arrived at the dock and we got out of the boat. We headed towards the castle and for the rest of the day, we just hung out.

Draco and the rest of the gang, left the castle to get to the place where the four champions were doing their third and final task.
