Draco's POV
I'm really nervous about seeing y/n.
Everyone looked so beautiful.
I knew that my y/n was gonna blow them out of the water.
I saw that Olivia, Crabbe's date already came down.
Daisy, Goyle's date, already came down too.
"Damn, Malfoy. You really dressed up, huh?" I heard Blaise mention behind me.
I turned to face him and said, "Gotta look good." as I put my hands in my pockets.
Suddenly, Blaise gets distracted as he stares at the stairs for a moment.
"She looks beautiful." Blaise complimented.
I turn around and there she was walking down the stairs.
She wore an emerald dress and her hair was beautifully curled.
She was wearing the emerald necklace I gave her.
She looked stunning.
I felt myself smile like an idiot.
I looked around and everyone who saw her was in shock.
Even Potter and his date.
Once she hit the last step, I went up to her and bowed with my hand out.
She took it and I gave her hand a tender kiss.
"You look stunning." I complimented as we positioned ourselves in the arm in arm position.
"You look handsome." She complimented.
I flashed her a smile and we walked into the Yule ball arm and arm.
We walked towards the crowd as we waited for the 4 champions to walk in.
The music started and all four champions walked in with their dates.
We all started to clap for them.
I saw Viktor Krum with Granger. I didn't know that.
I didn't know Krum was into mudbloods.
"No way, Granger is Viktor's date." I say in disbelief.
"Yeah, bit weird." y/n agreed.
They all got onto the dance floor and started to dance the waltz.
Professor McGonagall and Dumbledore joined in.
Ginny and Neville joined in as well.
"Come on, lets go dance." y/n urges as she take my hand.
"Now?" I complain. "Yes! Come on!"
She basically had to drag me onto the dance floor.
We joined in with the others. We danced and danced.
My feet were killing me by the end of the second song.
. time skip .
Y/N's POV
After a few slow songs, I decided to take a break.
As much as I loved to dance, these heels are making harder to do.
I took off my heels to get some relief.
Prof. Flitwick got onto the microphone and began to introduce the band that was playing.
A crowd was already forming.
"Come on, the band is about to start playing." I exclaim as I take Draco's hand to the crowd.
Prof. Flitwick finished and the band began playing.
We go wild. I jumped and danced with Draco while singing their song.
Prof. Flitwick crowd surfed and it was so hilarious.
Once they finished playing, Draco took my hand and guided me through the crowd to get out.
"I'm gonna go get some more punch, do you want more?" I ask Draco. "Yeah and get me a new cup. This one got crushed." He says as he throws away the cup at nearest garbage can.
I head to the punch bowl when suddenly someone bumped into me.
They were probably pushed because I ended up on the floor.
"Sorry, are you okay?"
I looked up to see who it was and it was Potter.
He held his hand out to help me up.
I take it and he helps me off the floor.
"I'm okay. Next time, just watch where you're going." I smeered as I wipe the dust off my dress.
"Sorry." He finished and left the Great Hall, following behind Weasley.
