"Dude, let go! It's just some girl!" Joe said with a laugh.
"She's not just some girl. She's more than just some girl. She's... I don't know how to explain it she's just amazing. And I need to know who she is."
"How are you going to find her? Put up posters or find her iPod? This isn't another Cinderella story." I gave him a strange look. "What!? Evie makes me watch them with her."
I shook my head. As I grinned I have this. I said as I held out the bracelet she had dropped.
Joe frowned. "That looks so familiar Z."
"Does it? Good makes this easier!"
Joe laughed. "Your whipped and you don't even know who she is."
The bell rang as I stuffed in my pocket and walked to class. Math.
I groaned as I sat down and Mr. Sterling frowned at the class. His monotone voice droned through the class.
"Class, why don't we mix it up a bit! Now sit where I point and no changing seats. These are your seats until I decide differently." I got up and sighed as I brought my stuff to the back of the class.
"Mr. Andrews, Miss Green, Miss Wave, Mr. Styles, Miss Chance, Mr. Roberts, Miss, Snow, Mr. Evens. I heard my name as I sat down at the table for two and glanced at my partner.
It was her.
Evie.
I could feel my heart beat a little faster. I ran a hand through my hair nervously. I shouldn't feel this way about her. She was Joe's little sister for goodness sake.
"Evelyn." I said as her eyes met mine.
"Zachary." She said quietly.
"Seems like we're partners."
"Seems like it doesn't it?" She gave me a smile.
I could help but feel a little déjà vu at this moment. I slid into my seat and looked up her as she was still staring at me. "you going to sit or just stand there?"
"R-right. I'm going to sit." She blushed as I smirked. She looked adorable when she blushed.
Focus Zachary I took a deep breath as Mr. Sterling started class.
"Alright, please take out your books and notebooks." I reached for my stuff as mystery girl's bracelet fell out. Evelyn looked down and her eyes widened a bit before returning to normal. i quickly scooped it up and put it back in my backpack.
She looked at me as I whispered. "Hey you saw the bracelet right?" She nodded. "Do you recognize it?" She quickly shook her head. I slumped in my seat. I was getting nowhere looking for the mystery girl. And not even Evie could make it better.
