CHAPTER - 25

~' Miss those nights when you would come over, Spend all night just tryin' to get closer. That was June and now it's October, I don't want, don't want to get over you. '~

"Jaehyun!" they heard someone call out for him and turned and found a boy of about 6 ft tall with hair dyed blue.

"Oh, Mingyu... Where are the others?" Jaehyun asked. Mingyu gestured to the private booth on the first floor and asked him, "Since when did you get here... you could have called one of us."

Jaehyun simply nodded and gestured to Jihyun and her friends to come up along with him and Mingyu. "Go alone... I don't want to spoil your time with your friends Jung." Jihyun replied taking her 5th shot of vodka.

Jaehyun just rolled his eyes and pulled Jihyun's arm which made her stand from her bar stool and follow him. "Don't worry you'll be fine and your friends have also met us before." Sighing she gave up and followed Jaehyun as he dragged her upstairs, with 3 confused girls and Mingyu trailing close behind.

Entering the private booth which was decorated with colored lights and a personal speaker, Jihyun was met with 5 more boys who were spread across the sofa. Scanning their faces, she recognized Jungkook of BTS, as he had come for a concert in the USA.

She simply waved to him and received a surprised yet welcoming smile back. While the two were interacting, the guy from the far left of the couch stood there in shock and called out to her,

"Yah Kim Jihyun!" startled she looked out for the voice but was only met with a loud string of curses and nagging. "How dare you abandon me and the boys and now come back without even giving us the news that you are back to Korea. I bet you don't even remember me now. We looked for you everywhere when high school ended only for you to disappe-" he was cut off with Jihyun closing his mouth with her palm.

"Hello, Kim Yugyeom nice to meet you too." She mocked a proper greeting. This made the boys in the room chuckle. But Yugyeom pushed her hand away and restarted the nagging as he did before.

"Okay okay... calm down tiger. I went to America after my brother passed away and took over his company. That's it, end of the story." She said trying to calm him down a little. Her efforts paid off when he shut his mouth and pulled her towards the part of the sofa where he was sitting earlier to catch up with each other.

All along Jaehyun just stood there dumbfounded because he never knew his twin already knew a few of his friends.

Interrupting the friends' small catch-up sesh, "Okay now let me introduce her to the people she doesn't know so that they don't get awkward around each other unlike you." Jaehyun said to Yugyeom taking her away from him and standing in the middle of the room.

"Guys this is Kim Jihyun." Jaehyun started introducing her to the guys. "And Jihyun these are my friends... the 97 liners, Mingyu, Dokyeom, and Minghao are from a group called Seventeen." He said pointing out. "Jungkook is from BTS as you already know, and BamBam and Yugyeom are in a group called GOT7".

Nodding when Jihyun got to know everyone, she heard Minghao ask, "Where is the last dude?" When Mingyu was just about to answer the door opened.

"Ma'am the drinks you have ordered are here." The waitress spoke. Jieun and Eunha quickly grabbed their drinks and settled down on the couch.

"What ' the last ' guy?" Jihyun asked curiously. "Well, there are actually 8 guys in the group including me Jihyun-ah," Jaehyun said.

"Ohh okay let's wait... it's actually better than I thought" Jihyun spoke. "About what?" Yugyeom asked not having any idea what she was talking about.

"Meeting my brother's friends." She replied simply shrugging her shoulders.

As if time had stopped, everyone in the room froze except for the twins who were talking about how Jaehyun met the 97 liners.

With wide eyes, Yugyeom asked again, "Jaehyun is your brother?" Jihyun nodded and took a sip of her newly ordered drink.

"More like a twin but fine." Jaehyun trailed off. But everyone in the room had another round of shock.

"WHAT!!!" All of them exclaimed at the same time, making the siblings jolt in their seats.

"But your brother was Jonghyun Hyung, right? The one who used to pick you up after school." Yugyeom asked again just to make sure he had heard them right.

"Well, yeah that's also true but Jaehyun is my biological twin and I was adopted into the Kim family at the age of 10," Jihyun replied looking at him like it was not an issue.

"Oh okay... My high school best friend is my friend's twin," Yugyeom mumbled to himself letting the information sink. He had a lot in mind, one of which was, 'Did she not trust me enough in high school to let me know about this?'
