It was a Saturday when all NCT members were given a break. They decided to have some fun before their schedules get cramped up again. They were planning in the living room while Jihyun went to the company for attending some meetings.

Xiaojun- "how about we go to a theme park?"

Taeil- "Bro we're not kids to go play in a theme park"

Haechan-" Sure grandpa, but actually we just had our content shooting in a water park. Let's do something else."

Yuta- "Hey how about we have Jaehyun and Taeyong Hyung's bachelors party in advance?"

Mark- "Woah that idea is lit man... Let's have a bachelors party in the Resonance club"

Taeyong- "ok then ill inform Jihyun about the plan."

Jaehyun- "Why don't we invite Jihyun, Yeseo, and our friends to the club too? The girls can have their ow n party while the guys can have their own party."

Kun- "Yeah that's also a good idea"

Ten- "Why Hyung? Very eager to meet your girlfriend?"

Kun- "What girlfriend?"

Yangyang- "Oh c'mon grandpa! Just ask her out on a date. Both of you have an eye on each other but are just refusing to accept it."

Taeil- " Yeah dude get a life..."

Kun- "Hyung you are older than me... you must get a life before me."

The day passes by with constant bickering and teasing of the NCT members in the JH Mansion, nothing out of ordinary.

Taeyong called up Jihyun and told her the plans to which she readily agreed. Meanwhile, Jaehyun was having a conference call with all the 97 members who also agreed to join the Bachelor's party along with their girlfriends. How can they miss an opportunity to miss teasing Jaehyun? Especially after getting to know about his marriage.

At 8 pm,

Everyone was set to go to the club. Taeyong and Jihyun were having a hard time keeping their hands to themselves. Jaehyun looked unbothered as usual.

They reached Resonance club and went to the VIP area, Jaehyun left to get a drink for himself while the others were busy talking among themselves. The 00 liners along with Chenji and Sungchan were given mocktails as their Hyungs were getting overprotective of them.

Soon the 97 liners along with Jihyun's hi-school gang arrived with their girlfriends. Johnny had invited the makeup artists from SM too, so Jihyun could enjoy her day.

Jihyun and the girls left for the next room where the girls' party will take place.

Taeyong approached Jaehyun once Jihyun left the room and sat next to him on the bar stool.

Taeyong- "You know that marriage is a huge responsibility, right?"

Jaehyun- "Yeah Hyung but what to do my controlling parents won't even let me get married to someone I love."

Taeyong- "Jaehyun, I know you hate taking up the chairman position of the university because you feel like you will be neglecting your idol career and end up disappointing fans. But at times, taking up multiple jobs won't be that bad, I know it will be hard to keep up with both things but it'll also make you a better person who knows how to manage things at the same time."

Jaehyun- "Hyung, you know this contract marriage is not as bad as you think... My parents will get a 'perfect' person to handle their family business and I will be free from their burden."

Taeyong- "But what about the girl who's going to become your life partner Jae?"

Jaehyun- scoffs "Hyung you got really lucky to get Jihyun as your life partner, even if it began as a contract, the both of you changed it into a love marriage by understanding and spending time with each other, but I, on the other hand, have no clue who I'm getting married to"

Taeyong- "Jaehyun... we can always try another way out of this, please don't take a decision in haste."

Jaehyun- "There is no other way Hyung."

Jaehyun finished his drink in one gulp and left the club to get some air.
