Felix couldn't believe it was happening.
And how wrong it felt.
As Zanes lips moved against hers, something was off. It didn't feel right. Like she was an actress, kissing some stranger.
But Zane wasn't a stranger, she had known him for years.
Then why did it seem so wrong?
She pulled away, feeling unsettled as Ollie and Remy squealed from outside. Zane seemed uncertain, not really looking her in the eyes, but moved away.
Which was probably a good idea, because Felix kicked down the door a split second later and stormed up the stairs, hoping not to talk to anyone for at least a week.
