Me and Chris have been together for 2 months now and it's been amazing. We had to tell Luca cause he was getting suspicious but he porpoises he wouldn't say anything to anyone. It's been great. I get to be with my best friend, the love of my life, my soul mate. I'm sitting in the locker room when she walks in and I smile at her. "What" she says. I shake my head. "So I was thinking I can grab pizza and you and Luca grab beer and we have a movie night" she says. "Yeah that should work" I say. I stand up just as hondo and deacon walk through the door. "Oh good your still here. We need to talk to both of you. Meet us in hicks office in 10 mins." Hondo says and they walk out. Chris turns to me. "Do you think they know" she ask. "I'm not sure but we're gonna be ok" I say and give her a hug.

10 mins later.
Me and Chris are walking into hicks office and there all there. Hondo, deecan, hicks. "You wanted to see us" I ask. "Yeah. It was brought to our attention that you two are seeing each other" hicks says. "And who told you that" Chris said getting defensive. "I can't say. But what I want to know is why it wasn't bright to me when it first happened" hicks says. "I don't see how it's any or your business" she says. "Chris we don't want to upset you or make you mad. Hell we don't care that you are together. We just need to know when it happened so we can back date HR paperwork so neither of you get in trouble for not feeling it out after it happened" hondo says and steps forward. "Why didn't you just say something" hicks ask. "We didn't want to be put in separate teams and we were sure how this is gonna work and if we were gonna work. We were just trying it out you know" I say and look at them all. Chris eyes are on the ground. "Chris, we're not gonna separate you two. Y'all work together too good to be put in separate teams. We just need to know when it happened so we can fill out paper work and then hick is gonna file it and say it got lost on his desk and we just found it." Deecan says and walks in front of her and pulls her into a hug she hugs him back and nods her head.

Hicks gives us the forms and we fill them out and we sign them. "Alright I'll get this taken care of" he says. "So you won't tell me who told you about us" Chris ask. "It was an old buddy of mine. He said he seen y'all out and ask when we allowed officers on the same team to date. I told him it wasn't any of his business how I ran my unit and that was that" hicks says. Chris nods her head and we head out and back to the locker room to get our bags. "We still on for tonight" I ask her. "Yeah why wouldn't we be?" She ask. "Just wanted to make sure" I say with a smile. We grab our bags and run into deecan and hondo on the way out. "So we get to stay in the same team" Chris ask. "I see no problem in it as long as you keep it professional" hondo says "oh street if you break her heart in any way I will hurt you. I love Chris like she's my own daughter and I will do anything to protect her and keep her safe. So if you hurt her I hurt you" deecan says. Chris laughs "yes sir" I say and take Chris hand and pulls her behind me. "So I'll pick up pizza and meet you at yours" she says. "Yeah see you soon and drive safe" I say. She smiles and gets in her jeep and drives away. I wait till she's gone before I mount my bike and head home. This is gonna be a good night.
