Kristen POV:
Sierra was discharged this morning, and I couldn't be happier. Sade and I agreed on carrying her back to their place, as she'd likely have more memories there, hence heightening our chance of getting her back to normal. Sierra however, was in quite the mood. I think the stutter is starting to get to her, and it's only been less than a day. She's starting to refuse to speak, which isn't helping us get her memory back.
"She refuses to talk to me" Sade sighs, meeting me at the bottom of her staircase.
"Well at least we know her stubborn ways haven't been damaged" I respond, making her laugh. "May I?"
"She's all yours" she says, putting her hands up and rolling her eyes.
Going up to her room, I crack open the door to find her laid on the bed, a frown plastered on her face.
"Hi" I smiled, making her flash a small smile before looking away. "Someone's grumpy."
Sighing at me, she turns to her side, facing away. Going to her side, I sit on the bed and look at her.
"Hey, look at me" I urged her, laying my hand on her arm. "I know it's stressful, but if you don't talk, you can't get better Sierra."
"D...does ev..everyone c..ca..call me th..that?" she asked, looking at me with concern.
"Well, no not everyone, but most people do. I call you things like, babe, love, darling, baby" I tell her, softening the mood a bit. "April calls you Mufasa."
Laughing at my statement, she sits up and sits in front of me.
"D..do y...you call me ba...baby?" she inquires, a hopeful look in her eyes.
"Sometimes, baby" I reply, making a smile grow wide on her face.
Then a look of mixed emotions overcame her features. She sat back against the headboard an shut her eyes tightly.
"Babe, what's wrong? Hey..." I panic, resting my hand on her leg.
Reaching forward quickly, she holds my wrist tightly, not allowing me to move. Letting out a forced breath, she eases up her grip and slowly opens her eyes.
"Sariah, J...Jerimiah" she whispered, looking down at her hands.
She let out another sigh, before I heard a small cry. Jumping into action, I cup her face and bring her to look at me.
"M..my p..arents..s" she sobbed. "Wh...why do..don't t..they love m..me?"
Feeling a pain in my heart for her words, I wipe her tears and kiss her nose. Resting my forehead against hers, I rub the back of her head. Pulling her into my lap, she rests her head on my shoulder.
"It's okay baby" I comfort her, holding her against me tightly.

Sierra eventually fell asleep from all the crying, and I left her to it. I carefully closed the door behind me, and walked downstairs. There I found an extremely frustrated Sade, strewn out on the couch.
"Looks like Sierra isn't the only grumpy Hamilton" I laughed, sitting next to her.
"Sorry, sorry.......how's she going?" she said, sitting properly and making room for me.
"She's asleep now, but.....earlier on....she remembered something" I informed her, earning an expecting look. "She remembered what happened.....with your parents."
With an 'oh' look on her face, she sat back and let out a sigh.
"I'll never forgive them" she huffed, rubbing her temples. "I don't get how they could just throw her to the side, like if she doesn't even matter. I hated them for it then, I hate them for it now, and I will continue to hate them for it to my grave."
"And I get that. I for one, loathe my father with a passion. He had an affair with my teacher when I was in high school. I have a little brother, who I've never even met" I explain, sitting a bit closer to her.
"Well shit" she laughed. "I guess not all white people are entitled assholes."
"Ironic, because my dad is actually the white one" I told her, pursing my lips.
"Wait, wait, the white one? So your mom is POC?" she asked, furrowed her eyebrows at the subject.
"Hispanic. Straight out of Argentina" I confirm, sending her eyes wide.
"Interesting" she replies, nodding her head. "I like you."
"Well I'd hope so, I am Sierra's girlfriend" I laughed.
"Nah, I actually had my doubts. When Sierra told me there was this mystery lady, who saved her from drunk driving, then showed up at her office, I admit, I was a bit skeptical. I mean at the time, she was in a supposed relationship but, it wasn't any secret that Sierra wasn't in love anymore. You could see it in her eyes. There was a point in time when she loved Mia, but it just faded away as time went by."
Humming at her reasoning, I think back to the first time I met her. She wasn't anywhere near sober, and drunk her was cute, but still sexy.
"You really love her, huh?" I heard, leading me to turn to Sade.
"You have no idea....."
