Sitting at the bar with Kayla and Leo, drunken laughter filled the room. Taking mouthful after mouthful of alcohol, the bartender hands us another round. Looking across to the other side, I see her seated. Her hair down to her shoulders, her body fit perfectly into her dress, which held her upright and tugged just a bit tighter in all the right places. Her eyes of a beautiful, dark, chestnut brown, which were glossed over with tears welling. Almost as though I sobered up immediately, I ceased staring in awe of her beauty and walked over to her.

"Can I?" I request, gesturing to the chair opposite her. Quickly glancing up and rushing to wipe her eyes, she nodded slowly, allowing me to take the seat.
Pulling the chair, I sit and watch as she wipes her fallen tears, and downs the shot in front of her. Letting out a strong sigh, she turns to me and looks me up and down.
"How can I help you?" she inquires, pain evident in her voice. Visibly swallowing, I open my mouth to speak when she lets out a small, hushed laugh. Downing yet another shot, she runs both her hands through her hair, perching herself up on the counter, using her elbow. Adjusting my position in my seat, I look down to my hands and begin to play with them.
"Nothing you just....you looked like you needed someone" I muttered out, still fiddling with my fingers.

Looking me up and down once more, she takes her index finger and placing it beneath my chin, she lifts it, forcing me to lock eyes with her. Staring at my face, she examines my features; a small smile cracks on her lips. Feeling my cheeks heat up, my heart begins to beat rapidly, while her gaze remains on me.
Removing her hand, she turns to me fully and grabs her bag situated on the back of her seat. Winking and sending a small smile my way, she drops herself down onto the ground.

As the sound of her heels clicking gets softer and softer as she continues to walk away, I sit there frozen in my spot, still flustered from her small touch. Blinking out of my haze, I rapidly get up and begin to chase after her. Barely catching her, I make it out in time to see her leaning on her car door, a smirk plastered on her face. Slightly jerking her head to the other side of the car, I take the signal and get in, despite my body denying it, I barely knew this woman.
Getting in, I see her waiting for me, a smile cracking on her lips as she saw me once more. Staring into my eyes as she had done before, she bit her lip and placed her hand on my knee. Looking between her and her hand, in a somewhat panic, I feel my cheeks heat up once more as her hand begins to ascend my leg. Becoming completely immobile, I follow her hands movements as she comes to an abrupt stop at my mid thigh. Patting lightly, urging me to look up at her, I see a bright smile on her face, her lip still between her teeth. She let out a loud laugh as she sees my entire face, moving her hand back over to her side.

"You're a very funny lady" she slurred, poking her finger at my nose. She's drunk. Moving her finger, I place it back to her side before she quickly puts it on the steering wheel. Frantically reaching over, I remove her hands and push her back. I stretch over and unlock the cardoor and unbunckle her seatbelt. Walking over to the other side, I get her out of the car and put my hand out.
"Keys. Now" I said sternly.
Pouting and shaking her head no like a little child, she folds her arms and looks away from me.
"Listen I may not know who you are, but I am not allowing you to drive. So either someone picks you up, I drive you home, or you go home with me" I retort, tilting my head to the side. After a few moments, she takes the keys out of her bag and hands it to me.
"I am fine to dri-" she says, attempting to walk off before she trips on air. Catching her in my arms, I turn her to face me and walk her over to my car.

Unlocking the car and placing her in the passenger seat, I buckle her in and start the car.
"Do not move, I'll be back" I tell her, pointing my finger for emphasis. Pouting and lookin away, she brushes me off. Laughing and rolling my eyes, I head off back inside to tell Kayla and Leo I have to leave.

"Hey I gotta go, I'm gonna take a drunk lady home" I tell them awkwardly.
"I'll never understand why you do what you do. Go on, we'll be fine. Just gotta take this one home" Leo responds, taking a sip from his glass, looking over at Kayla, who's completely knocked out.
Laughing and giving him a hug, I quickly exit and make my way back over to the car. Opening it to see a sleeping body, I chuckle and get in. Lightly shaking her, in attempt to get her address, I'm left unsuccessful in my tries, leading me to just take her to my home.
