[General POV.]

When Sasuke tried to sit near Hinata, all he could hear was Hinata's sweet voice filled with concern before he collapses.

Hinata started to panic as she is new to this area and it is going dark soon. Without hesitation, Hinata gently carried Sasuke near the tree. She set a formation and went to find him water. She saw a stream flowing and she soaked the cloth and went back to Sasuke. She put her hands on his shoulder and she realized that he has a fever. She took off his shirt and she could feel her face heat up. She could see his well-built body. She shook her head and went back to her business. She slowly rubs the cloth on his chest and absorbs the sweat. After that, she put his cloth back on because he might catch a cold. She put the blanket on him and she put the wet piece of cloth on his forehead. She can’t rest yet. She needs to do make something to eat when he wakes up. She had some rice and some flavor packs. She boiled the water up and made a soup. When killing a rabbit for soup, she found some tomatoes and fish also. She picked the tomato, clean the dead rabbit and fish. She stirs the soup and took a sip.

Hinata: “It’s so delicious but I might have cooked too much.” She looked at the pot and saw it is enough for at least 5 men. She giggled when she saw the pot and she killed the fire to cold the soup.

[Sasuke’s POV.]

Sasuke: “My head hurts.” I whispered to myself and I realized that I fainted after the battle. I saw Hinata busy cooking the soup. She put the rice and went somewhere. I didn’t get up or make a word because I feel tired. I could feel something on my forehead.

Sasuke: “A piece of cloth? Did Hinata do it for me?” I looked down at myself. I am cleaned and there is a blanket on me. I could see the stars shining brightly in the sky. I sighed and laid again. I can’t sleep again. I just closed my eyes and I heard some steps coming toward me. I knew it was Hinata because the footsteps sounded light and gentle. I didn’t care what she was doing because my head hurt like hell. I can smell something delicious. I saw her making soup. She looks tired. Of course, she will be. She had to take care of me and I know how stubborn I am. I could have pushed her or something.

Sasuke: “What are you making?” I asked her. She seems relieved when she saw me walking toward her.

Hinata: “Sasuke-san. How are you feeling? Do you have a headache? Are you hungry?” She asked me so many questions at a time. I would be annoyed if the others asked me but I chuckled and patted her head and played with her hair making it messy.

Hinata: “Sasuke-san. Stop it.” She giggled also.

Sasuke: “I am fine Hina. Don’t worry too much.” I couldn’t hide my smile.

Hinata: “Would you like some soup? I made some for you.” She asked me with a smile closing her eyes. The moon favors her and shined bright enough to see her smile.

Sasuke: “Some? Your some is scary Hina.” I teased her. Her face went red.

Hinata: “I overdid it a little bit.” She looked away to hide her blush. I grabbed a bowl and pour the warm soup.

I took a sip. I moaned at the flavor. It was so delicious. My eyes went blur when tears came up.

Hinata: “Sasuke-san? What’s wrong? Does it taste bad?” She sounds confused and worried at the same time.

Hinata: “If you don’t like it, you don’t have to e…” I hugged her so tight. I inhaled the lavender scent of hers and I tightened the grip. I could feel her hands wrapped around me and hugged me back.

Hinata: “What’s wrong Sasuke-san?” She asked softly, not forcing me to tell yet letting me know that she will listen to me.

Sasuke: “I miss my mother.” My tear has stopped yet I haven’t let go of her. “Isn’t it funny? The mighty Uchiha Sasuke is crying because he misses his mom. What a baby?” I mocked myself.

Hinata: “Not really. We all miss someone. Just because you are strong, it doesn’t mean that you can’t have feeling Sasuke-san. Feelings are what make us human. Don’t claim that you are a demon because I know in some parts your feelings dwell. Let them get out, don’t control it. It is not being weak it is being real.” Every single word of her speech reached my heart and kept echoing.

Sasuke: “Is that ok for me to have feelings?” My voice sounds confused yet I already know the answer. I got overjoyed. I made a mental note to myself to remember every word she said.

Hinata: “Of course, it is ok to feel weak and sad sometimes. I am sure your mother will be happy that you remember her even if it is a bad memory. I want to take any memory and hold it in my heart…and believe that someday…we’ll overcome the pain…and we’ll have precious memories.” She put her chin on my shoulder and I can feel that she is smiling.

I hugged her more tightly because she comforted me when I give her troubles, she didn’t leave me when I was ill, she listens to me when I am twisted inside.

"I don’t want to lose her. Never."
