Seonwoo looks awkwardly at the person in front of him. His phone continued vibrating under the table. He denied Riki's call for the sixth time already.
“Is it urgent?” Jungwon asked, not oblivious of what's happening.
Seonwoo shook his head, “Riki can wait.”
“Riki?” Jungwon curiously asked.
“Mhm, my, uh, companion,” Seonwoo says.
Jungwon nodded, taking the last bite of his sandwich.
“You already told all the important things, right? We can leave then,” Jungwon speaks.
Seonwoo nodded, “So, I'll see you on Monday? I'll email you the other details.”
“Thanks, Seonwoo-hyung,” Jungwon stood up and bowed.
Seonwoo did the same.
They shared a hug before finally exiting the shop. Riki was already outside the car with his phone on his ears, eyes glaring at Seonwoo.
“Is that Riki?” Jungwon asked. “He doesn't seem like just a companion.”
Seonwoo shyly looks down.
Jungwon let out a laugh, “I'll see you on Monday, Hyung.”
Jungwon then walked the other path while Seonwoo goes straight to Riki's car.
“Well, what happened to your ‘This won't last an hour’? It's been an hour and a half,” Riki raises his eyebrows questioningly.
“We have a lot of stories to catch up to. Why are you even mad? Do we have anywhere to go at?” Seonwoo asked back.
Riki only rolled his eyes before entering the car. Seonwoo followed suit, sitting beside the sulking boy.

Riki wokes up in the middle of the night when he heard Seonwoo opening his bedroom door.
“Aren't you late for your mission?” Seonwoo asked, switching the lights on.
“No,” Riki said. “I still have 30 seconds to sleep.”
Seonwoo counted in his mind as he watched Riki closing his eyes again. Just as he reached 30, Riki finally sat up.
“How can you even count the time on your sleep?” Seonwoo asked amused, sitting beside the younger.
Riki shrugged, reaching for Seonwoo's arms and pulling him into a hug.
“Won't you be late?” Seonwoo asked again, hugging the younger back.
“I woke up ten minutes early for this, you know.”
Comforting silence surrounded the whole room. The ticking of the clock acting as their music background.
Riki then intertwined his hand on Seonwoo's, slightly feeling Seonwoo's fingers.
“I think I messed up,” Riki suddenly speaks. “I should've measured it like this. My calculations got wrong.”
Seonwoo looked up, confusely staring at Riki. The younger let him go before he carefully took out a box from under his pillow.
“A ring?” Seonwoo gasped when Riki opened the box.
Two silver rings are neatly placed beside each other. Aside from the word ‘Home’ engraved inside, it was plain. But the fact that Riki bought it for them made it even more special.
“I don't know, yours might be a bit bigger than your actual size,” Riki shrugged, taking the rings out of the box.
Riki wore the larger one first, before he took Seonwoo's hand on his and slowly slid the ring down his fingers.
It didn't fit perfectly, but still enough for when Seonwoo gains weight.
“Do I still have to clarify what relationship do we have now?” Riki asked.
“Of course, duh,” Seonwoo playfully rolled his eyes at the younger boy.
“You're my home,” Riki whispered.
Seonwoo smiled, meeting Riki's gaze.
“Come back home safe, Riki. I'll be waiting.”
Riki didn't responded. He only bring Seonwoo's hand up and gave it a small kiss. He still couldn't promise that thing, but he'll try to fulfill it.
