Seonwoo excitedly ran outside the new house they bought, going straight to the near playground he have seen earlier in car.
He had asked his parents for sibling so he would have someone to play with, but they ignored him. He still asked for it nonstop, until his parents finally had enough of it and promised they will move into a new house near a playground.
Seonwoo was excited to meet new kids and play with them. All these times, he's been playing with himself.
The kid scanned the small surrounding, finding groups of kids playing pretend house or just running around the space. What caught his attention was a small boy sitting on the swing with a toy gun on his lap.
“Hey,” Seonwoo approaches the boy, sitting on the empty swing beside him.
“I will shoot you,” the kid threatened him, gripping tightly on the toy gun.
“Why are you alone here?” Seonwoo asked, swinging higher than the kid.
“They don't want to play with me.”
Seonwoo laughs, “Nobody would want to play with you because you have a gun.”
“This is a toy gun,” the boy says, pulling the trigger as the toy release a sound of bullets coming out.
Seonwoo shrugged as he continued swinging.
“Are you new here?” the boy asked again.
“Mhm,” Seonwoo nods, “Do you want to be my first friend?”
The boys face lighted up as he quickly nods. Seonwoo found it cute, so he giggled as he watch the boy with adoring eyes.
“What's your name?” Seonwoo asked again.
“Nishi...” the boy frowns. He, too, found his name hard to pronounce. “Nishimura Riki.”
“Nisik—what?” Seonwoo asked.
He tried pronouncing the name for a while, until he finally gives up.
“Ni-ki,” Seonwoo then said. “I'm Kim Seonwoo.”
“Sunoo,” the boy nods.

Riki was happy.
He found a new friend, after years of fighting with other kids because they never include him on their house play. They always say they don't need a killer in their house and they will only play with him if he throw his gun away.
Riki has a deep affection for toy guns, he even sleep and bath with his most favorite toy. He also brings them in kindergarten and would cry out loud when the teacher confiscated it the first time.
Seonwoo was the first person to actually accepted that reality and played with him. Seonwoo manage to think of a scenario where they could play with Riki and his gun.
“Ni-ki, someone's after me!” Seonwoo screams dramatically as he fell down on the grass, shielding his face.
Riki entered the scene with his gun.
“Where! Who!” Riki worriedly ask, finding the culprit.
Seonwoo laughs, “Hey, we're playing. Aren't you suppose to guard me and keep me safe? Pretend there's an ugly man trying to kill me.”
Other kids laugh as well, “Just play with us, Seonwoo, Riki is so boring.”
Riki's smile dropped.
