Ohh I should stress there a lot of blood, distress, fighting and death in this, so if it upsets or triggers you, I suggest you leave now!!!

Jimin, Jin, Namjoon, and the others had stayed as visible as they could without arousing suspicion. The last thing they wanted to do was to alert Minho and his minions to the fact that they were not only on to them, but that they were waiting for others to come help them.

They'd danced and laughed, and fake drank for the past couple of hours, keeping to the centre of the ball room. Not that it was all that hard because the place was stoud with people having a good time, despite the host not so much as showing his face.
The only problem was, it was nearing midnight, and every year Wonwoo always planned a mega big firework display to celebrate bringing in the new year. That would mean spilling outside with everyone else, and that would give Minho his opportunity to grab hold of them.

Sehun, Yoongi, Areum and Jaemin had made it to the estate in record time, their eyes scanning the main the ballroom for familiar faces. Not that Areum and Jaemin were amazingly strong fighters, no, but they were witches and they had a few strengths of their own.

Seulgi had left the Jeon building and headed straight for her car to go pick up HyungJoon and Jennie. Jisoo, Heechul, Woobin and Nancy would meet them there.

"I don't fucking believe that man!" Jennie had screamed down the line as Seulgi had told her what was going on. "I swear to god if he so much as touches a hair on my beautiful son's head, I'll fucking rip him apart with my bare hands!"

"Seulgi, what the fuck is going on in that man's head?" Jisoo had asked as she pushed through the main doors of the ballroom. "I mean I knew he had no regard for the humans here, but to actually dare end any of our children?"

"I know, I know. Not that I'd ever defend him in any way, but all I can think of is that the trouble with Kai set him completely off-"

"Kai had nothing to do with our kids!" Heechul screeched, his eyes darting around the room, his delicate ears trying to pick out anything any of their kids were saying.

"That doesn't make a difference," Nancy piped up, sliding a long, silver dagger down from her sleeve to rest firmly in her grip. "He never liked any of our kids, Heechul. Not even yours, Seulgi." She stated matter of factly. "He's terrified when they're older and stronger, they're going to challenge him on every fucking thing that he does."

"Hey man, you took your time!" Suho's voice came from behind Sehun. The vampire clapped a hand on the elder's shoulder to gain his attention.

"What you looking at?" Suho asked as the other turned to face him. "And where's Seungkwan? Man, we've been trying to get a hold of him all night."

"He's not here?" Sehun asked casually, his eyes skimming the crowd. "I thought I saw him hit the rest rooms."

"Can't blame him for being a little nervous," the vampire muttered with a smile, "I mean, it's one thing to off humans, but to put the hit on the kids of elder vamps not to mention his own fucking grandsons?! That shit's pretty fucked up."

"You're not even worried about consequences?" Sehun asked, his dark eyes glistening under the decorative lighting. "Offing Kims? Jeons? We're not going to get away with just a slap on the wrist."

Suho snorted loudly, his mask slipping just a little. "Wonwoo-"

"Wonwoo is a fucking psycho if  he thinks this isn't going to end up in all out war." Sehun spat, pushing his hand through his dark hair.
