                        E P I L O G U E ...

After the carnage at the estate was over and most of the unsuspecting party goers had went home, it was considered a travesty for all. Not that good hadn't trodden down the bad, of course they had. It's just that every one that was needlessly slaughtered was someones child. So were there really any true winners in this?

Wonwoo, under the glamour of Yoongi, was transferred to his own estate, still well and truly magically bound of course, and settled into his very own torture chamber where so many countless victims had sat. He along with his acolytes that took part in the slaughter of innocents were left there, bound and awaiting trial.

After centuries of violence and murderous rampage, vampire on vampire violence wasn't exactly tolerated, and so Seulgi with a 'yes' vote from her peers contacted the elders in other coven towns throughout Korea. As it was a problem here in Korea, then those particular elders would be the only ones with a say in what was to be done, the punishment to be doled out.

Only a few confusing days had passed and clean up had stopped. A total of 57 vampires, 13 witches and 0 humans had been killed.
It was a lot.
It was too much, and for all the bad blood that had been spilled, it still saddened everyone.
Wonwoo, the actual cause of the carnage was the only one that didn't give a fuck about the body count. But of course, why would he, when he cared for no one?

Seulgi sat in a chair in that cellar just looking at him, thinking carefully about what to say. He would never admit to being in the wrong, never admit that the whole thing was a complete waste of life, and all because of his paranoia about one little human boy.

"It seems you were right, father," Seulgi said with a smile, crossing her long elegant legs. "Just not in the way you imagined."

Wonwoo raised a brow, indicating he wanted her to go on.

"The little human, Kai," she told him, her eyes gleaming. "He was trouble," she admitted with a wry smile. "But he still didn't bring the town to it's knees. You did that, all on your own."

She leaned forward looking into his face, wondering why she had ever loved this man. How her mother could have ever loved this man. "All you had to do was ignore that damned flash drive and none of this would've happened. Seungkwan, Suho, little Yugyeom. Mina." She sighed deeply and shook her head. "They would've all been spared."

In perfect Wonwoo fashion, he merely looked at her, and he didn't even have to speak, for her to know what he was saying. Again he didn't care. They meant nothing to him.

"And you know, for your efforts, for all theirs. Not a single human lost their life. You ended up causing the death of 57 beautiful vampires, 13 talented witches and still you couldn't get what you wanted."

She didn't fail to notice the tic in his jaw at the news of every human surviving. "What do you think about that?"

Completely ignoring what his daughter had told him. Who cared about the death toll? Did it change anything? No. Only one thing resonated in his mind. "I can't believe you kept it from me," His voice was a whisper.

Seulgi looked at him, confused. His dark, fevered eyes looked deeply into hers. "Kept what from you?"

"The fact my grandson can project. Can you imagine the possibilities? The things I could've accomplished if I'd known?" He asked with an eager, greedy light in his eyes.

"And that's precisely why he didn't want you to know." She told him, her voice loaded with distaste. "Why none of us wanted you to know. We wouldn't be able to do a damn thing if you'd had any sort of power over my son."
