Draco's POV

I enter the classroom and the only empty seat at my mates' table is next to her, Lexi.

But hey, why not. It's bound to be entertaining.

I sit down next to her and shortly afterwards Snape comes strutting in.
Snape babbles something about the forgetfulness potion and I nudge Lexi and whisper softly :" Well I hope you don't use that one, because that's no excuse for not fixing this."

She doesn't say anything, I just see her roll her eyes and I don't like it at all.

I clear my throat and put my left hand on her thigh without anyone noticing.

She flinches briefly, I tighten my grip and whisper once more:" Do that again & I'll give you a reason to roll your eyes. Is that understood?"

I feel her body stiffen just because of her leg. I look at her and see her nod sheepishly.
Mhm, I love it when they obey.

"Good girl, just as I thought," I whisper only one more time and put my hand back on the table.

Lexi's POV

Even though his hand has long since returned to the potion, I can still feel the cold ring against my thigh.

I get goose bumps and try to pull myself together.

I didn't say a word for the rest of the lesson and of course I messed up my potion.

Dreamy and slightly distraught, I wait for the lesson to end. Pansy touches my shoulder and pulls me out of my reverie and asks: "Hey, wake up. Didn't you hear? The lesson is over, come on. I'll wait outside."

"Mhm, okay." I reply and pack everything up to join pansy.

The lessons are boring and it feels like half an eternity. Then finally, the last lesson is over and we make our way to the common room.

Pansy, Maya and I arrive in the common room before the boys and we run to the sofas and throw ourselves on them.
Pansy and I get on the left-hand sofa and Maya has the right-hand sofa to herself.

Until Mattheo comes running and asks Pansy to change sofas, which she does before he throws himself on top of me.

Blaise and Draco are talking behind the couch where I lie with Mattheo.

He whispers softly :" I missed you."

"I missed you too, dumbass.", i reply.

Mattheo and I have been best friends since we met at a meeting from our parents years ago and we've hooked up 2 or 3 times but no one knows.
It never got serious and I'm glad our friendship never suffered.

I hug and cuddle up to Mattheo and he tries to turn to me.

"Hey little one, let's lie down properly, shall we? It's really uncomfortable like this," he says and we lie down halfway neatly on this narrow couch.

I scratch his head and start talking to Maya, who has put her legs over Pansy's legs.

"Are you coming to the library later? I mean, after we get changed? I guess I have some catching up to do on potions. Please," I beg.

Maya nods and says:" Mhmm, from the looks of today, you really need to get stuck in. This is our last year."

We talk for a few minutes about how our summer was until I notice that someone is watching us.

I feel like I'm being watched, I don't know exactly who it is, but it worries me.

So I try to gently point out to Mattheo that I want to get up and of course he notices.
