"Look a bit peaky, don't they?" a muttered voice says
"Peaky? What d'you expect them to look like? they fell fifty feet" another voice says
"Yeah, c'mon, Ron. We'll walk you off the astronomy tower and see how you come out looking." another person says
Y/N slowly opens her eyes and Flo and Jorden slowly come into focus. On the other bed lies Harry who is slowly waking up as well with Ron, Hermione and the Weasely twins standing at the foot of his bed.
"Y/N you're awake," Flo says clutching her hand
"How are you feeling," Jorden asks
Y/N slowly starts to sit up but her right arm begins to throb and she looks only to find her shoulder strapped. "like I've been tossed around in the whomping Willow" Y/N says and Jorden laughs
"You might've well have been," Jorden says and Y/N smiles
"How about you Harry," Ron says
Harry edges up against his pillow "Brilliant" he says sarcastically
"Gave us a right good scare mate," Fred says
"What happened?" Harry asks
"You fell off your broom," Ron says
"And I saved your ass," Y/N says "you owe me a new shoulder Potter"
"Sorry Y/N," Harry says
"It's alright we were both affected by the Dementors," Y/N says
"What about the match. Who won?" Harry says
"No one blames you, Harry. The Dementors aren't meant to come on the grounds. Dumbledore was furious. After he saved you and Y/N, he sent them straight off." Hermione says
"So Ravenclaw won," Y/N says with a smile "Ron you owe me five gallions"
"I do not, you didn't catch the snitch so it doesn't count" Ron explains
Y/N laughs "ok fair point"
"There's something else you should know, Harry." Jorden says "Your Nimbus, when it blew away, it sort of landed in the Whomping Willow. And well-"
He tips a bag of splintered wood and twisted twigs onto the bed and Harry stares. "it's fine thanks Jorden" he says sadly
"I've got a spare broom Harry," Flo says "it may not be as fast as the Nimbus but its still good"
Harry smiles "thanks Flo"

"I'm sorry to hear about shoulder Y/N and your broom, Harry." Professor Lupin says "There's no chance of fixing it?"
Harry shakes his head in response to the Professor's question, then he sets Hedwig free of her traces. As she soars into the sky, Harry, Y/N and Lupin watch from the Black Lake's edge.
"Why do they affect me and Harry so much, Professor? I mean, more than everyone else" Y/N finally says
"Dementors are among the foulest creatures that walk this earth. They feed on every good feeling, every happy memory until a person is left with nothing but his worst experiences." Professor Lupin says "You're not weak, Y/N. The Dementors affect you and Harry most, because there are true horrors in your past. Horrors your classmates can scarcely imagine. You have nothing to be ashamed of."
"Who did you lose," Harry says to Y/N
"My mother," Y/N says "It was the same night your parents were killed"
