I felt my breath hitch in my chest as they spoke those
Words

'Your wedding?!'

Was Camilo planning on proposing, I didn't wanna marry him?!

Well that's a lie, I most certainly do, just not now in the future

Surely he knew that right, he's not going to propose...

As I started to pace in the entryway of la casita, I saw Seniora Pepa and Senior Fèlix hanging up a poster, more like a sign?

It hung across the Casita, I couldn't read the words as they struggled to pull it up

'FÈLIX! HIGHER!' Pepa called to her husband as she stood on a ladder, hanging up the large banner on her end

'MI AMOR YOU MARRIED A SHORT MAN!' Fèlix said trying to reason with his wife as she glared at him

'Is everything okay Seniora Pepa?' I called up to her as she looked down at me, gleaming brightly

'AY! Y/N' she spoke excitedly, dropping her end of the large banner as it flopped over to Fèlix, almost causing him to topple over

'How are you today my dear, feeling well? Faint? We can get you something to make you feel better?! Ay dios mio!' She came up to me asking if I was okay, beginning to ramble as a thunder cloud formed above her head

'I'm okay Pepa don't worry about me...' I spoke softly as I took her hands in mine as I soothed her

She smiled back at me softly as she tucked a piece of hair behind my ear

'Camilo choose a good one' she whispered to herself quietly, causing me to smile happily

'erm? Mi amor a little help!' Fèlix said as he struggled to hold the banner above his head, without toppling of off his ladder

'Not now Fèlix' Pepa whispered almost, waving her hand in dismissal of her husband

I chuckled as I smiled back at Pepa, slowly removing my hands from hers as I went over to help Senior Felix

I waved my hands and used a misty, frosty fog to assist him on putt up the banner.

He smiled at me gratefully as he gave me a thumbs up excitedly

'Hey..what's this poster for any...way-' my heart stopped as I looked at what it read

In messy yellow and blue paint the sign read;

I looked to Pepa as I tuend around slowly and nervously.

I laughed nervously as I questioned what was going on

'Um..guys? What exactly are me and Camilo celebrating...?' I questioned them as I looked confused

'Why your engagement of course my dear' Seniora Pepa came up to me and excitedly grappled my hands, slightly bouncing up and down

'Now that you are officially to be my daughter, you shall call me mama!' She spoke happily as she looked to her husband

'And me the same' Fèlix said as he looked my way

'I mean...not mama..I'm not a woman that's bad. Not that being a woman is bad it's a very big struggle I have so much respect for women obviously' he went on for a minute about how he appreciated all taht his mother had done for him.
