Georgia was serving behind the bar once again when Sophie came back in, bolting towards her. "Close up early and meet me in Lafayette"

The girl furrowed her eyebrows but nodded, quickly announcing to everyone within Rousseau's that it was closing as the Deveraux witch left out the back door again. Georgia served last orders and cleaned up while people slowly filtered out of the bar. She pondered what had Sophie in such a rush while quickly mopping the floors before removing her apron, grabbing her things and closing up.

Pushing open the large cast iron gate to the cemetery, Georgia witnessed Sophie talking with a man dressed in an dark suit. She furrowed her eyebrows, stepping towards them. "Soph.. what's going on?"

Georgia remembered the man from earlier in the night as he turned to look at her.

Sophie had left after hearing the news about Jane Anne's run in with Marcel and had left her to essentially hold the fort. The place was relatively quiet, most people had dropped in for a drink to start their night and left to explore the city. She glanced over towards the smartly dressed man who had been sat at the bar for most of the evening, appearing to be drowning within his own thoughts.

"Are you from around here?" She spoke, breaking him from his mind, he glanced toward the girl.

"I used to live here." He said, nodding as he took a sip of his bourbon.

"Really, when?" She smiled, pouring a drink for another customer.

"Oh, it feels like a hundred years ago." He smiled back, placing his glass back upon the counter and watched as the girl served a drink to a woman at the other end of the bar.

"What brings you back?" She looked back over her shoulder as she placed the money into the register.

"Well, my brother's here somewhere. I'm afraid he might have got himself into a bit of a bind." Elijah raised an eyebrow as Georgia laughed softly.

"He does that often?"

"Well ... he's complicated. Defiant, ill-mannered, and a little temperamental. See, we don't share the same father." She nodded "Of course that never bothered me, but my brother resents it deeply, he never felt like he belonged. All told, he has a long history of getting himself into trouble."

"And your the one who always gets him out of it?" Elijah nodded, flashing the girl a smile.

"You seem to speak from a place of familiarity?" Georgia nodded.

"I have a younger sister, like your brother she has the tendency to get herself into trouble- although this time I haven't been so lucky in getting her out of it." Elijah watched her every movement, taking in her words.

"Perhaps I could aid you?" Georgia shook her head.

"It's not your average situation, plus.. i haven't seen her in months." Elijah frowned, nodding as the girl asked. "What about your brother?"
