CHAPTER 45
[ New Orleans, 2012 ]Georgia was sat upon Marcels couch, her wounds now healed thanks to a few drops of his blood and a hell of a lot of sleep. He was shuffling around as usual, dealing with his growing group of vampires when Hayley and Aidan entered the loft. Marcel chuckled, raising an eyebrow. "Where is your Alpha?"
Hayley sighed. "Unavailable."
Georgia smiled at the pair, sitting up. Marcel glanced back at her before scoffing. "So, you brought Junior Varsity? You know, I'm getting a little tired of you using my place as a den for wayward wolves."
"Well, it was just that we were going to, uh, take down Finn Mikaelson today, and considering how he treated your vampires, I assumed that you would want in on the bloodbath." Hayley smirked, looking up at him.
Georgia stood, making her way over to join in on the conversation.
"I'm listening." Marcel raised an eyebrow, handing them both a drink, causing Georgia to laugh.
"Marcel it's 2pm" he chuckled, turning back to the wolves.
"Well..." Aidan cleared his throat, glancing towards josh who was talking to Gia. "It's not gonna be easy. He's surrounded by a pack of juiced-up wolves. He doesn't have a weakness."
Marcel laughed, pulling his phone from his pocket. "He does, actually!"
Georgia raised an eyebrow, looking at him. "And, I have her on speed dial!"
Aidan and Hayley shared confused looks as Marcel chuckled. "He's got a thing for Cami."
"Klaus will go ballistic if we get Cami involved in this." Hayley shook her head, looking over at Georgia.
"She's right Marcel..."
"Klaus ain't here! And Cami? Well, she's got this thing about people telling her what she can and can't do!" He smirked, dialling her number before looking back at Hayley. "I trust you, of all people, understand."
As Marcel chatted on the phone with Cami, Hayley changed the subject. "Hey, uh- Elijah's home"
Georgias eyes widened momentarily but before she could speak, Hayley continued. "He's not in the best state right now - Esther has him under some spell with some special flower which Klaus is out to get... but I'm sure when he's done, he could use your witchy abilities"
Georgia nodded, smiling. "Yeah I might head over there now actually. Try and figure it out"
Hayley nodded, fidgeting with her hands anxiously as Georgia made her way to the door. Marcel put his phone down. "Yeah she's in- Hey where are you going?"
"Klaus... he's in need of some magical assistance" she smiled awkwardly, before grabbing her phone and leaving the loft.

Georgia let herself into the compound, and it felt entirely strange. The entire scenery felt foreign as vines of ivy now weaved it's way from the roof to the floor, the furniture was different, more antiquarian and everything felt greyer than it once did. She sighed as she climbed the metal staircase towards Elijah's room, stopping outside before she entered, pausing to question whether this was a good idea at all. She sighed as she tugged onto the handle, letting herself in.
He lay peacefully in his bed. Georgia had never seen his features so stress free. Even at his happiest, his mind was always whirring at thousands of miles a minute. She smiled softly, sitting on the edge of the bed. "Hey 'lijah"
