Georgia wasn't entirely sure what Klaus was hinting at when she closed up early, if anything she agreed simply so she could sit down for a moment - however a business meeting was definitely bottom of her list of potential situations.

"You and Marcel have a history" Georgia nodded slowly, as Klaus sipped his bourbon slowly.

"We used to be close, yeah.."

"Before he stripped you and your coven of your power" Klaus questioned, leaning back in his seat as Georgia screwed up her face in annoyance.

"I guess you could say that" she shrugged.

"He doesn't seem as authoritarian with you as he does the others." In the brief interaction that he had witnessed, Klaus saw patience within Marcel that he had only observed with his adoptive son and Rebekah.

"As you said, we have a history" Georgia glanced at the man, searching for his point.

"You're not too fond of him anymore, are you?" Klaus wanted to dig deep, as beneficial as he seen this alliance, his true motive was to exploit Marcels weaknesses and he believed Georgia was the key.

Georgia sighed, looking back at the man. "Can you just get to the point?"

Klaus chuckled. "You're confident"

"No, I've just worked an 8 hour shift by myself and want to get home" she stated, sipping her drink.

"Alright, well I think it would be useful for me to have a witch on the inside" he chuckled softly at her irritation and leant closer to the girl.

"Why? We're helping you out. You get what you want, we get what we want." She raised an eyebrow. "It's mutually beneficial"

Klaus smirked. "Mutually beneficial, yes.. but you see, I don't entirely trust Sophie and her faction."

"That I'm apart of.. you know that right?" Georgia was astonished by his arrogance.

He chuckled. "Yes I do, but you seem like an outlier. The lower hanging fruit"

"And what is in it for me?" The girl raised an eyebrow, watching as Klaus began to piece together his pitch.

"We get rid of Marcel." He stated simply, sipping his bourbon.

"So I'm doing all of this extra work, going against my coven for the same outcome?" She furrowed her eyebrows.

Klaus rolled his eyes. "Fine then, name a price"

Georgia stared for a moment, wondering if she could truly trust Klaus, she had trusted before and it hadn't gone in her favour. "I can't.. my price isn't material and like you with Sophie - I don't know if I can trust you"

"Then why don't we build a foundation of trust, if Sophie attempts to cross me, you inform me. When it's all over, I get you what you want" he shrugged.
