You prepared as soon as Nat was out of the room, you put on the essentials before slipping in the dress. The material and sewed design giving your body shape, hugging your curves tight.

The silk, smooth and soft on your skin, the chest area shaping your breasts, thin straps, and the dress only up until above your knees.

A brush of blush, light eyeliner, a touch of lipstick, and only a few coats of mascara as your plain makeup, you already kind of live here so no need to impress anyone since you can just leave/escape for your bed any time.

Still weird to say that you're staying and living with the Avengers.

Lastly, you styled your hair in to a natural curl, the sides framed away from your face and ends in a lazy format, a pair of black plain heels to top it all off. A last sprit of perfume and you met up with Nat.

She wore almost the black satin silk material as you but hers were more elegant, the skirt only reaching up until above her knees as well, a white sleeveless top, and black heels that had lace ups that crisscrossed all the way to her calves.

"Ready?" You looped your arm through hers and entered the room, music and the babbles of people already heard.

Both of you entered and headed for the sofa's, chatting with the people. Thor in one corner telling his story with kicks and alcohol in hand, Steve and his new buddy, Sam Wilson aka the second bird in the group, The Falcon, playing pool.

"So you know the suit can take the weight right? I take the tank, fly it right up the General's Palace, drop it at his feet, I'm like 'Boom you looking for this?'" Rhodey looked at Thor and Tony smugly, a forced smile on Tony's lips.

Rhodey's smile faltered when both men didn't react the way he wanted, "Boom you looking f- Why do I even talk to you guys, everywhere else that story killed." He frowned.

Thor creased his brows, "that's the whole story?"

"Yeah, it- it's a War Machine story,"

"Oh- it's- it's very good then," Thor chuckled taking a sip from his glass "It's impressive", Tony's smiling, enjoying how the chaos is already starting.

"Quality said," Rhodey deadpanned. "So no Pepper, she's not coming?" He continued, changing the topic.

Tony shook his head, a short 'no' in response.

"But what about Jane, where are the ladies gentlemen?" Maria said while joining the conversation between these men, directing it to Thor, and then soon turning to the three men.

"Oh Miss Potts has a company to run," Tony grinned.

"Yes, I'm not even sure what country Jane's in, her work on the convergence has made her the world's foremost astronomer," Thor fired back.

"And the company Pepper runs is the largest tech conglomerate on earth it's pretty exciting," Maria turned to Rhodey, giving him almost an annoyed look as these two men showed off their girls (rightfully so).

"There's even talk of Jane getting a- uhm a...Nobel prize," Thor shrugged like he's not bragging.

Tony turned to the God deadpanned, while he just smiled and nodded profusely, taking sips.

"Yeah I think they must be busy because they'd hate missing you guys get together...Testosterone" Maria coughs, all the while Rhodey faked comforting her. They both left the scene leaving the two men laughing.

"But Jane's better" Thor whispered lastly before also leaving Tony's side.

You and Nat were left at the bar hours later, the party dying down leaving only some left. You looked around and saw a scientist coming this way, eyes locked on Nat, you looked back at her one last time and took your cocktail leaving them to talk, you plopped down on the sofa in the middle, a few Avengers gathered.
