Waking up with the usual feel of Loki's arms on your waist, you roll on your side to nuzzle your head to his chest.

"I don't want to get up," you said eyes still closed.

He let out a chuckle and you can feel the vibrations of his voice on his chest. "Then don't," he said placing a kiss to the top of your hair.

"If I could just skip a day easily, I would without a dam doubt."

"Hmm, I could hide you when Natasha comes by to pick you up and you can come out once she's gone so we can have a free day." He mischievously suggested.

"Nice try mischief, but the second you tell them I'm not here, they'll force you to get to me."

"Fine fine, go shower and I'll make us breakfast," he said and loosened his grip on you.

You notice Loki in the kitchen making quick work on the breakfast.

His naked torso only covered with an apron. As quiet as you could, you got on your tiptoes hugged his waist from behind.

"Hi again," you said burying your head on his back. He let out a small laugh, turning around and placed you on the counter to meet his eyes, putting one hand on your thigh caressing it gently, and the other on the counter to your side to support him.

"Hello." He said before giving you a kiss.

Melting into the kiss you wrap your arms around his neck as his hands rest on your waist. The smell of burning eggs grazed your nose and you pulled back. You see the pan behind Loki smoking.

"Loki the eggs," you said a slight panic in your tone, his eyes were confused at first but when he turned around his eyes widened at the small flame that was forming. Quickly, he turned off the stove and magicked away the flames and burnt eggs.

"Needn't worry my darling, you're with a god remember?" He says cockily with a wink, pulling you close once more.

"Yeah right, you panicked too idiot." You teased, your hands resting on his chest.

"I'm your knight in shining armour darling, I do no such thing." He says in a flirty tone, leaning in to continue the kiss.

"It's 7 in the morning people!" Nat's voice was heard from behind you as you pulled away.

You grinned as Loki groaned, leaning his head on your shoulder. "Good morning to you too Natasha." You gave Loki a kiss on the cheek and patted his chest, getting out of his grip. 

You face her and lean your hands on the counter. "Is Doctor Banner's lack of presence making you grumpier Nat?" You feel Loki's arms wrap around your waist as he presses his body onto yours, putting his chin on your shoulder and placing small gentle kisses emitting butterflies in your stomache.

Nat dramatically covered her eyes saying it 'burns' as a diversion to ignore your question. You shrugged it off and went to sit on the couch with the plate of breakfast on your hand ready to be devoured, Loki joining you right after with his own plate.

"Hurry up with breakfast, Stark has an announcement." She said while turning to face both of you.

"Announcement? Why do I have to be there? I'm not an Avenger remember?" You reminded her as you gathered eggs on your spoon.

"It involves you so you have to be there." She explains.

Me? The shit.

"What's so important that I have to be there." You mumbled and chewed softly. Loki handed you a cup of coffee, you thanked him as you accepted the cup.
