I walked towards Xavier's car and he got out and grabbed my suitcases and bags and put them in the trunk.
" Damn how many bags you need ma?" He said while laughing
" It's not even a lot" I replied and he said " Come look at this" and opened the back door for me.
I saw two bouquets of red roses. So beautiful. "This is unnecessary but I appreciate you Xavier" I said as I kissed him on the cheek
"If you think this is unnecessary just wait until you see what I got in store ma "
"Xavier don't do too much" I said. I hate accepting gifts from people, makes me feel indebted to them.
"Just shut up and get in the car ma"
"Nigga I know you ain't telling me to shut up, watch yourself before you get hurt" I said as I got in the car
"Hurt by who? By yo lil ass?" Xavier said while laughing
"Now we both know I ain't lil so stop the lies, acting like I can't give you a black eye right now" I said as he started driving
"Medusa you ain't a threat, now don't make me have you screamin my name like last night" he said as he busted out laughing. He thought he did something.
"Just shut up" I said and he kept laughing.
