𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐍 𝐈 reached the house, all the lights inside were turned on. Confused, I made my way up to the front door, expecting it to be open as I had last left it, I went to open it, only to find the door had been locked.
Peeved, I thought to myself. I guess I would have to climb through the window. Good thing that I almost always left the window open, as I loved the feel of the wind blowing on my face as I slept.
Vaulting over the fence, I tiptoed over to the nearby shed. Pulling open the metal door, I found a ladder inside. Gripping the cold metal with my fingers, I lifted it up, struggling to get it through the doorway.
I climbed up, squeezing through the gap in my window, tumbling onto the floor. A loud yawn left my mouth, as I wandered downstairs, only to find chaos and confusion.
"Where is she?"
"I've checked everywhere man."
"We gotta find her before Victor kills us."
"Is Lila still sleeping?"
"I hope so."
"If she was kidnapped by those fottuti tedeschi e russi, I'm going to personally stuff one of you into a cannon and launch you over there so you can beat those stronzis up." (Fucking Germans and Russians, assholes)
I almost laughed at the last comment, but seriously, what are they talking about, me getting kidnapped by Germans and Russians? Deciding that I should finally show my presence, I stepped out, faking a yawn, and stretching my arms over my head, "What's going on here?"
Everyone froze, surprised. Finally, it was Cameron who spoke, tackling me to the floor, "Where were you Akira?"
I gave a sheepish smile to the group, "I was watching a movie in the movie room, and fell asleep."
I could practically feel Archer's eyes narrow upon my lie. I prayed that they hadn't checked the movie room. Archer turned to Carson, "Did you check the movie room?"
Carson paled, "I-I can't remember."
"YOU IDIOT," Archer whisper shouted at him, slapping the back of his head.
Groaning, Carson glared at him, "I'm your twin. There was no need to slap the back of my head."
"Twin, shwim, I don't care. You made me panic for nothing," Archer growled at him.
"I take it you found her?" a deep chuckle came from behind me.
It was like every atom had frozen in my body, my heart just stopped beating, the deep voice startling me.
Once I had remembered how to breathe, I turned around, "Who are you?"
The man smiled, "I'm a friend of Carson's. He called me to help him find you. My name's Phoenix."
"And I'm Donovan," another guy stepped out from behind Phoenix, "I'm his younger brother, and a friend of the twins."
Inspecting Donovan up close, I realised that he was one of the boys from today, who was sitting with my brothers. I gave him a smile, "Pleasure to meet you Donovan and Phoenix."
"Back at you," Donovan gave me a heart warming smile, whilst Phoenix stared at me coldly. Jeez, talk about a mood change. There was something about him though. He seemed, familiar?
Archer spoke again, "Non le credo. Carson sei sicuro di non aver controllato nella stanza del cinema?" (I don't believe her. Carson, are you sure you didn't check the movie room?)
"Si, l'ho fatto lei non c'era," Carson responded, "I remember now." (Yes, I did, she wasn't there.)
Phoenix's deep voice spoke, "Lei capisce l'italiano?" (Does she understand Italian?)
