Azura stood there, holding the sonic screwdriver, "you are certain it was this setting?" Azura asked. deactivating the sonic.

Meeps nodded, "Setting 10220456, that's what he said," Meeps answered. 

the assumed group stood there impatient, especially Sheila. "So you can't open the Portal? So not only have they taken Alex, but they've also led Charlie into a trap?" she asked.

"it would look that way," Azura answered. 

"So to some up? We've lost Nether Kyle and the whole nether kingdom, Crystal, who I've been told could wipe and entire armies, and now We've lost Alex, what's both a blessing and a curse, and Charlie, the only one who knows how to get us home?" Meeps asked. 

Patrick nodded, "It does seem that way, but if I know Charlie, he would have gotten Alex out, then himself, we'll be hearing from them any moment," Patrick answered. 

like Patrick just said, the hand radio on Azura's belt sprung to life, "Umm, hello is this working?" Alex's voice called, Azura went to answer it but Sheila snatched it out of her hands.

"Alex you idiot where are you?" she asked. 

"And is Charlie with you?" Stella asked. 

"Umm, I jumped through a red portal and now I'm in a jungle village," Alex said. 

the group all looked between them, "WHY WOULD YOU JUMP THROUGH A PORTAL YOU IDIOT!" Sheila yelled. 

"Hay, hay, Not my idea, I was just doing what charlie said to do, and umm no, Charlie's not here," Alex reported. 

"If he's in a jungle village there is only one place he can be, the stronghold village of Wellspring, That's 5 to 6 days away from here," Patrick said. 

"Now listen here, you will wait for us there, and not do anything stupid, do you understand me?" Rain asked. 

"Yeah, I'll be fine I'll see you guys in a week," Alex said. the radio going dead. 

Patrick looked at Sheila, "He's going to be dead by the time we get there,"

Alex looked at the walled jungle village around him, "Well, might as see what's about here," he said, he passed the main gate and there was a pair of guards talking.

"they've been pushing more and more, they say they want her,"

"Well we can't give her up, she's been protecting us," 

"Yeah, but they've done her a real number last attack, not sure we can take another one," 

'Huh, wonder who they talking about,' Alex wondered. he kept walking until he walked into someone, the man he had briefly met a day or so again, the Doctor. 

"Oh sorry I wasn.... you what are you doing here? I left you the other side of the overworld," the doctor asked, putting the sonic screwdriver in his pocket, "How did you get here?" 

Alex rubbed the back of his neck, "I got kidnapped, and then Charlie found me, I escaped through a portal and ended up here," 

the doctor smiled, "A portal network, Alex you're a genius!" the Doctor declared. "That explains why I can't find them," The Doctor smiled. 

"Really? most people think I'm an idiot," Alex admitted.

"Nah, we're all smart, in our own ways, Come on, help me wrap up here, and I'll give you lift to Frostbourne," the Doctor said. 

"Sure I can help, what's the matter here?"  Alex asked. 

The Doctor shrugged, "That's the thing, I tracked actives from the Controller, to here, I know he's looking for someone, but I don't know who, and the guards are unhelpful, all I know is someone was hurt," The Doctor answered.
