POV Crystal
"Damian," I called his name seeing him ahead, Razer had told me about Domain, and his mixed past, something we had in common, and he turned to face me.
"What do you want?" Damian asked, coldness in his voice.
I rubbed the back of my neck, "mostly to say sorry, for shooting you out of the window," I answered.
"is that it?" Domain asked.
"I...Just wanted to talk that's all, I...I thought we had a few things in common," I said. "Razer told me some of your history, I...I just wanted to say that your past doesn't matter, what matters is the person you are now," I answered.
Damian went to say something, "CRYSTAL!" Stella called running down the hull, "CRYSTAL I NEED YOUR HELP,"
I still felt that ping of guilt looking at Stella.
"Don't, she's not worth it, she will die like the rest, that is the way, we will stand over her bodies!"
"What do you need?" I asked.
"Can you open a portal to the witches coven?" she didn't give me a chance to answer, "yes? Good," she grabbed my hand dragging me down the hallway, Damian followed, not sure why but he did.
Stella led me to a room full of people. Lance, Ceris, Gwendoly and Kyle, 'why's kyle here?' I wondered.
"I got her," Stella said.
"Good we can get a move on," Ceris said standing.
"Now wait a moment sister," Gwendoly said standing, walking over to me, I could feel my heart race, and Gwendoly took my hands, "Crystal, are you okay with all this? you don't have want to,"
"No, I fine, the Witches coven?" Gwendoly nodded
I focused, putting the image of the coven in my mind, and a blue portal opened, Stella was through first, then lance, Ceris, Kyle, Damian, Gwendoly and finally me, the portal closed behind.
"Wow, it's worse than the last time," Stella said looking about.
"it's decaying, no one alive to look after it," Kyle said.
"And people said, I was depressing to be around," Lance mumbled, "So what are we looking for?"
"Anything that might explain what happened here, something definitely isn't right about the infernius story," Gwendoly said.
we split off and searched the coven, "Crystal? what's going on with you and Charlie?" Stella asked.
"We're just aren't talking right now, Stella," I looked at the decaying corpse in front of me, I felt something, "We just had a disagreement,"
"Have you talked to anyone about it?" Stella asked.
it was lovely how she cared, even after everything, "Yeah, I've talked to Meeps about it, she's a good listen, a very good listen," I answered.
"Yeah, once you get past the sarcasm she's a very sweet person," Stella said.
"you shouldn't trust that machine, it's as likely to kill you then look at you," Ceris said walking over to us.
"Ceris, I like you a lot, and I mean a lot, but please stop being mean to Meeps, she's as much a person as we are," Stella said.
Ceris sighed, "I will try, Stella, for you, but if she tries to kill me again, then I will not be held responsible,"
I wanted to ask why but I instead I touched the skull of the body, in front of me.
suddenly I was seeing things, the past, the fall of the coven, I was seeing through the eyes of this one, her name was Lucy, she was training in elemental control, she wasn't even 15...
