POV Crystal

I was so happy to be back with Charlie, Rain and Stella, but I couldn't believe some of the stuff I was hearing, first the nether and Kyle, then more of the people from Razer's universe, and then controller taking over the overworld, then Herobrine...I can't help but think of the difference between the Herobrine here, and the one I met briefly in Razer's universe. and it would be lying to say that I will not hesitate if I see him. 

"So yeah, that's about it, any questions?" Charlie asked, I looked him up and down, it would be lying to say he looked his best. I thought for a moment. 

"No, nothing comes to mind," I answered. 

"How did our universe look?" Ember asked. 

"I didn't see much just some of the underworld," I answered. 

"Oh okay," Ember said. 

Charlie clapped his hands together, "Well if we did they work to do, We need to get to frostbourne, and why we're at it the reality station, oh Azura do you have that red crystal Zagreus gave me," 

Azura held out a purple gem in the shape of a kite, "it's not red anymore," she said handing it to Charlie. I could feel something coming off the gem, something calling me. "I tried scanning with your sonic and learned nothing. even that Elisabeth person looked and had no luck," 

"Zen should be able to tell us what it is," Charlie said pocketing it. 

"Zen? who's Zen?" Rain asked. 

"An A.I in that timelord reality station," Meeps answered. 

"That place has an A.I, why is this the first time I heard about it?" Azura asked. 

Charlie hadn't told me about it either, but it could have just slipped his mind, that does happen, "Okay, must have forgotten, now who wants to go to frostbourne with me?" Charlie asked. 

"I will," I said in a heartbeat. 

"And me," Ciara said, she always look out for Charlie. 

"Sounds fun," Ember said. 

"Count me in," Razer said. 

"I will too," Meeps said. 

"Group field trip," Charlie said happily, "Well, everyone get ready, meet here in about an hour,"  

"The rest of us stay here, we'll hold down the fort, learn as much as we can, and let Lucas know what you're planning," Rain said. 

We all split up, I was going to after Rain, I wanted to ask him how Charlie reacted to my death to make sure he was okay, but Razer stopped me. "Crystal can we have that chat now?" Razer asked. I felt my heart panicking, but I nodded yes, at least this time I won't get stabbed in the neck with a fatal poison. 

he led me to the room where he was staying, "Well, this is cosy," I said, looking about the small room built into this cave. 

"Yeah, we didn't have much choice the hull place is starting to overflowing with people," Razer said, "The Controller is going across the overworld, Lucas and his defenders are busy trying to save as main as they could," He added, He looked at me. "Did you meet Herobrine? the one from my universe,"

"Briefly, and I..." I paused and rubbed the back of my neck, "He seems nice, but...I don't know...still unsettling, especially when he hugged me. Herobrine here never hugged me, only even hit me or worse," I stopped again, yes it was uncomfortable, but on some level, it felt good, it was nice, even if it wasn't the right Herobrine, that one hug, it made me feel happy as if I really could have some of that life I wanted, I thought about that thing he said before he left, 'Send me a postcard when you arrive!,' did he mean that?

"Umm Crystal?" Razer waved his hand in front of my face, I snapped back from my thoughts. "There's something I wanted to ask you, what do you think of me?" 

I froze for a moment, "I want to get to know you, I want to have the idea of what it might be like to have a family," 

POV Charlie

Azura lead me to the pitiful excuse of a lab, Elisabeth was working at one table with part of amour I didn't stop to look leaving her to her work, "Is that my Shield bracelet? who's been playing with my shield bracelet?" I asked

"Nina, she is quite clever, not quite our level, but not far, she thinks she fx that problem you were having with the battery," Azura explained.

I picked it up. and scanned it, "Well would you look at that she has, I must ask her how," I said clicking it back on.

"She was going to add a bunch of upgrades to it, but I stopped her, I know you don't like people messing with your stuff," Azura explained. 

I nodded getting to work on some upgrades to my psychic damper, we spent the hour working, checking my watch seeing the time, "Oh, I need to meet up with the others, see you in a bit Azura," I said rushing out the room. 

Razer, Crystal, Meeps, Ciara and Ember were waiting for me, Razer and Crystal were talking to each other, I couldn't hear them, but I could hear Ember and Ciara, talking about ships, I heard Ralla and Chystal 'was that really what we were going with for a ship name' 

Meeps looked up at me, "How are you feeling?" she asked. 

"You know, for the first time in awhile hopeful," I answered her. 

"So how are we getting to the Reality station?" Ember asked. 

"Crystal, are you feeling up to it?" I asked, she nodded. a blue portal appeared, Ember, Ciara Meeps and Razer went through. I turned to Crystal, "ready?" I asked. 

"Always," She answered, offering her hand to me, I smiled at her and took the hand, as we stepped through the portal.
