Chapter thirty two

Percy

A few weeks had gone by, and Leo was now let out of the hospital. Apparently Reyna had trouble getting him out- because of Will, of course. But then Annabeth was with her and she punched him in the face. Then they ban both her and Reyna from going back. Fortunately both me and Nico went with her.

So then Nico went in, didn't punch anyone, because apparently it's illegal to punch a doctor. Isn't what Will was doing sexual abuse? I'm sorry, but is that not illegal? So Nico went in, and I'm not even joking here, he threatened the lady at the front desk that if she didn't let him take Leo home he would bring in all the people who punched the doctor.

So they let Leo go home with Nico, but not before banning both Leo and Nico from the hospital. So now none of us can ever go back and punch the doctor. Oh well. I guess we'll have to find a new hospital. I'm joking, I hope no get's put in hospitals as much as they have since I met Nico.

So now we where packing out bags to go back home. I must say, Nico was ecstatic to see Bianca again. He kept telling me really depressing stories of how when his mom would beat the crap out of him Bianca would always be there to make it better. The weird part was, he told them in this oddly cheery tone, and he sounded like he was remembering 'the good old days'.

"Nico," I said at one point. "Yup?" He said quite cheerfully. He was so happy these past few days, I think revolved around meeting Hazel again and going back to see Bianca. "If your parents, and Hazel, and you and Bianca, are all gonna sleep in my room I don't think it's gonna work." Nico just laughed when I said that.

" They're not actually staying with you, silly! My dad, my step-mom, and Hazel are buying an apartment. They're all gonna live there, but there going to try to be at your house every day- so that's it's like I'm living with them, but I can still live with you!"

I laughed at Nico's enthusiasm. Then stopped and said, "Wait. Does my mom know this?" "Well of course! She just said it really weird 'cause....Well I don't know but she just said it really weird." "Probably 'cause of pregnancy brain." "Oh true."

After we packed our bags, we went outside and met up with the rest of the group. Leo had crutches and a cast. Annabeth was carrying Leo's bag for him, and Nico had Leo's suitcase. Reyna really said that it would be best if she didn't carry anything, witch was probably true since her bag was like three times the size of each of ours. And they wouldn't let be carry anything because of my fear of airplanes.

"Perce?" Nico asked. "Yeah?" "What about your fear?" "I won't freak out if your next to me." At this all my friends looked at me quizzically, Annabeth even laughed. "Okay, okay fine. I will freak out, but I won't freak out as much- you shouldn't have to drag me onto the plane."

"That's a relieve! You way a ton!" Reyna mused. I pretended to be offended as Leo said "And your bags are incredibly heavy! What do you put in there, bricks?" I rolled my eyes and said "Well maybe if you guys worked out, they wouldn't seem so heavy!"

"Rightttttttt. Because you work out all the damn time." Annabeth said. "Um, excuse me, but I'm the swim caption, witch is more then any of you can say." I said, looking pointedly at scrawny little Leo. "Hey! I spend all day -and all night for that matter- working on inventions! Witch is hard work!" Leo argued.

I turned to Nico, who obviously didn't play a sport or work on inventions, and said "How about you Nico? Do you play sports?" "Well excuse me! I just recently got out of a family where my mom beat the crap out of me every night, so I haven't really had time to get into sports!" Nico said.

I went to look at Annabeth, but before I could even say anything she said "I fight people." Her face deep in a book. Before I could even turn to Reyna I heard "I'm the caption of the foot ball team- or well, I was until we transferred here. I also play baseball, so don't look at me."
