Chapter sixteen

Nico

The entire time Reyna was driving I was thinking about Percy, and how badly I wanted to taste his lips again. I kept glancing at him and blushing, once he caught me and he just smirked at me. 

"Reyna?" I said as we drove along. "Yeah?" she said her eyes on the road. "I need you to drop me off at the hospital, so I can chat with Bianca for a few minutes, cause ya know..she's my sister, and I'm not gonna see her, and..." I felt my voice starting to shake so I stopped.

Reyna seemed to sense my discomfort cause her voice got a little gentler as she said "of course, how much time do you need?" I thought for a moment then said "Twenty minutes? Maybe thirty?" Percy smiled and said "alright, we'll go to McDonald's and maybe a few other places, you need more clothes."

I blushed. My crush is going shopping for clothes for me without me. "ok..." this situation was a little weird. "Yes, Nico we're going to start dressing you like someone who would boss people around, so you should start bossing people around." Reyna said as she neared the hospital.

"wait...so you want me to boss people around?" Percy nodded and I said "Okay, I'll boss people around." Reyna smiled and said "good." we pulled into the parking lot. "Reyna get me a Big Mack, now. Percy, make sure all the clothes are dark collard, and get me a lot of t-shirts, now." I said and hopped out shutting the door.

I walked into the hospital and saw the lady Mrs. Smith who worked at the counter "Oh, hey there Nico, whats up?" Mrs. Smith  greeted me. "Nothing much, I just want to see Bianca." I told her. "Alright, you know her room. How's that boyfriend of yours treating you?" I blushed and walked away muttering "He's not my boyfriend..."

I pushed the door to Bianca's room opened, she looked like she was reading but when she saw me she put her book down and said "Nico! How was your day?" I smiled as I shut the door. "It was nice. No one hurt me." I said as I walked over and sat at the fot of her bed.

"and how was Percy?" Bianca said making me blush. "he was fine, everything was fine." I said reluctant to tell her about the tree. "Anything happen? Anything special?" Bianca said wiggling her eyebrow at me. I blushed deeper.

"I told him my sexuality. He's also gay, I guess that's something..." I said blushing. "Oh? Tell me more! Where wore you talking?" Bianca said excitedly. "We where under my usual tree, and we where just talking. Nothing happened." I said aware of how untrue that was. "Just to gay guys sittin' under a tree? I don't think so." Bianca said smugly. Damn. She's gonna keep going till she knows.

"well...we did do something just a little romantic but-" Bianca cut me off by screaming "Ha! I told you so! Liar liar pants on fire! So what did you do?" Bianca sounded really exited.

"We kissed, but it was just for a second and-" Bianca cut me off again by saying "Oh my god you kissed? And you claimed nothing happened!" I sighed a little and said "it didn't mean anything! He said he was gay, I said prove it, and the kiss was just to prove it!" Bianca giggled saying "that doesn't mean it didn't happen!"

I sighed and looked at the clock. Shit. Its been almost forty minutes. "Bianca I'm really sorry I have to go. I promised Percy I'd be done ten minutes ago. I'll see you tomorrow." I said as I gathered my things and kissed her forehead. "alright Nico, see you tomorrow." Bianca said as I walked out the door.

I walked out to find Percy chating with Mrs. Smith, they seemed to be talking about me. "Hey Percy. Sorry I took so long." I said walking over. "Its fine, Mrs. Smith here is a very nice lady." Percy said making Mrs. Smith laugh. "Please child, call me Claira. And Nico, your not-boyfriend here has some very interesting stories about you to." Mrs. Smith, or I guess now Claira said.
