Interesting Encounter

Chapter eleven

(WARNING: feelz)

Nico

I woke up in a warm bed with a large soft blanket over me and soft clothes on me. this doesn't feel like home at all. I sat up quickly and looked around. lots of blue, and pictures of sea creaturess. I looked at the doorway and saw a person, but not just any person, it was him.

"hey, your awake." Percy said as he closed the door and walked over. Where am I? what happened? I tried to remember what happened, but the last thing I remembered was Clarisse, and pointless kicks, and pain...so much pain. unberable pain.

 "where...why what-" I looked around the room and I was really confused, but Percy just smiled and sat down on the foot of the bed. "I found you, and you where hurt, you where unconscious and I have no idea where you live, so I brought you back to my house, and I bandaged your cuts and such." I nodded but realizing that the clothes I was wearing wasn't mine, I looked down in confusion and said "how...did you?"

He blushed. how cute. "oh uh....you had cuts on your legs and chest...and um, your clothes where kinda ripped and bloody...so um, I gave you some of mine." He looked down and blushed and I couldn't help but look at him curiously. 

 "well thanks. for....for everything." I said. "how are you feeling?" Percy looked really concerned. But why would he be concerned for me?...  "I'm fine." can go back to sleep for a month?

"are...are you sure?" He said. "yes. I'm sure. but I should probably go home soon..." Percy looked disappointed and he said "really? so soon?" I sighed and nodded. I don't want to go, I really don't. But mom will kill me. Literally.

"oh, well...ok. Do you need a ride?" Percy asked. "no, I'll walk." I told Percy and began get up. "OK, I'll come with you." Percy said. "no, please don't..." I really don't want you to see what behind the doors... "Nico something will happen if your out there alone. I'm coming." Percy seemed rather confident.

"no, no you really don't have to I-" Percy cut me off by rolling his eyes and leaning closer. "can I tell you a secret?" Percy whispered. I nodded. what was he going to tell me? something personal? something important? "I don't care." He whispered and pulled a jacket on.

"want one?" Percy said and offered me a jacket. "no, I'm good." he looked at me quizzically "you sure?" I smiled and said "yeah." he nodded and walked outside. I followed him slowly. 

"so. where do you leave?" Percy said with a smile. "just...just follow me." I mumbled and began walking home. I could feel Percy moving behind me as we walked. A comfortable silence filled the air. And even though he didn't know me, and he was probably only here to be nice, it was worth everything that mom would do to me just to have him by my side.

I saw my house and wanted to run, and hide, to never go back to that hell whole they called home, but I couldn't leave Bianca home, alone, to deal with her, I couldn't put Bianca in the line of fire. She was my life line, and I couldn't just leave her stranded.

Percy must of sensed my discomfort cause he said "hey, you alright?" I nodded meekly and said "you should go." he looked at me in confusion and said "what? why? I thought maybe I could come in and.." I cut him off and said "Please, just leave." I started trying to push him back. "Nico, do you have something against me?" Percy asked for about the 16th time. "just go." I said and pointed away. he hung his head in defeat walked home.

I felt sorta bad for acting like that. but there's no way he can see what my so called family is like. I winced and slowly pushed opened the door. Mom and Bianca where in there and neither of them noticed me, but they seemed to be fighting, I caught tid bits of there conversation.

"MOM! Thats not fair!!! He's your son for god's sake!" Bianca screamed. Mom looked furious and said "no son of mine would leave for a night without a note or a warning!!!!" Bianca fumed and said "No! You don't know if he left by choice! you don't know what happened! you don't-" I cut her off by closing the door rather quietly and clearing my throat.

They both turned to look at me, and I saw Bianca had tears in her eyes. And before mom could move Bianca tackled me in hug, I could barley breath. She ran her fingers through my hair and said "Nico, don't  you dare ever scare me like that again. Don't even think it. I thought....I thought maybe you left." She said the last part between sniffles.

"Bianca, I would never leave without you." I murmured as I hugged back. Then a hand ripped us apart and threw Bianca on the floor. "and your never leaving again." Mom said deathly calm. Calm was never good with her.

"m-mom, please let me explain..." I muttered I backed away from her. "I don't want your explanations! you freak!" my 'mom' said as she advanced on me, my back hit the wall with a thump. 

"but mom...." I started but was cut off by her fist meeting my jaw. I wanted to scream out in pain as the blood swelled up in my mouth. "MOM STOP!" Bianca said as she tried to help. "GET OUT OF THE WAY!!" Mom said and pushed her aside. Then she punched me in the gut. I felt myself slide down the wall, and I felt the tears swell in my eyes.

I heard Bianca scream and I heard mom tell her to go upstairs, I heard heavy footsteps as Bianca was forced to leave me. I felt my mom lift my body up and pin me against the wall. 

"mom..." I croaked out but she silenced me by hitting me in the head with something heavy. I let out a groan and felt myself slipping in and out of consciousness. 

Then she kicked me, in my area, I wanted to bend over but she was holding me up. Then mom grumbled something and told me to go up to my room. 

I dragged myself upstairs. I saw Bianca crying on our bed. She had a cut on the side of her face witch was bleeding badly. She looked up and saw me and rushed forward. She lifted me up and began to carry me bridal style over to the bed.

She began carefully tending to my wounds, and although I felt like dozing off earlier, I felt a lot better now. "Nico..." Bianca whispered looking down at me. "yeah?" I managed. "This...this isn't your shirt..." she muttered.

I blushed and said "oh...well, um...Clarisse beat me up-" Bianca looked sad and said "again?" I nodded and said "but Percy found me, and he didn't know where I lived,  so he took me home, and apparently my chest was all bruised and my shirt was all ripped so after he cared for the bruises he gave me his shirt. same with the pants." as soon as I said that I regretted it.

A wicked smile came over Bianca's face. "so....you where there, alone, with Percy Jackson, and you didn't have a shirt or pants on?" I blushed and said "I was unconscious!" Bianca grinned and said "yeah, well that doesn't mean he didn't touch you!" I blushed again and said "he doesn't like me, Bianca. He's datting Annabi-" Bianca cut me off with a glare and said "you mean, AnnaBeth?"

"oh, yeah..right." Bianca just smirked and said, "you wanna sing a song just about now, don't you?" I blushed a little and nodded. "go on then, you've got an awesome voice." I groaned and said "but all you listen to is taylor swift and greace! So those are the only songs I know!" she just laughed and said "I'm sure you can relate to some of Tay Tay's songs." I just shrugged and started singing. 

"Someday I'll be big enough that you can't hit me, and all your ever gonns be is mean, mean, mean, oh, why ya gotta be so, mean!"

I felt the tears start to drip down my cheeks, and I felt Bianca's soft arms around me. I snuggled up to her and murmered "Bianca, I don't know if you realize this, but you are quite literally my life line. I wouldn't be alive if you werent here, and, well...I guess you should know that I really do depend on you with my life." I started to drift off to sleep when I heard Bianca say "I know you do Nico, I know you do."

A/N: ok, last warning for the feels in chapter 13! lol, sorry if this chapter was to....violent and random, but Nico really does have his life sitting on Bianca's shoulders. oh, and I'd like about three reviews from three different people, and four votes? I don't have very high standerds, and I feel bad for asking but....whatever.
