Stark Stange: The Protector

"Thank you thank you thank you."

"What" esme asked.

"I know it was you guys are the reason why my father brought Pietro here."

"Oh no, sweetie" Esme smiled  "it was all your father"

"Esme, it's really sweet of you but I can read everyone's mind in this room, I'm sorry, I said I wouldn't do that but I just had to know. And plus my father, he doesn't like Pietro all that much so I don't think he would have brought him here, if there wasn't a little push from an outside party" I finish my sentence with a laugh.

"Well sweetie we know how much you are putting to protect us, and like we've been saying, you are a part of this family" Esme walks up to me and puts her hand on my shoulder.

"Thank you, but I just want to say, you guys don't have to do all this for me. Protecting you all is what I'm supposed to be doing, and what I want to do."

"Nia we know, but you are doing an amazing job. But like we said you are a part of this family now and even when your job here is done. But while you are here we are going to treat you like the rest of our 'kids'" Carlisle looked at me, and he and Esme gave me a hug together.

I hug back and say "thank you so much, both of you."

I tell them that I am going to my room. I changed into something more comfortable, and hung up my dress. I know my father and Pietro just left but it still amazes me that he still brought him.

My thoughts were stopped when I heard a knock on my door.

"Come in"

"Hey" Rosalie and Alice come into my room and sit on the couches with me.

"So whats up, I can feel that both of your moods are radiating both questioning and excitement" I laugh.

"Okay, so we just wanted to ask, if we could still ask you questions"

"Oh yeah go ahead" I forgot that when I got here I told them that they can ask me any question whatever they wanted.

"Okay, so your boyfriend, where is he from? That accent is very different, I've never heard of anything like it and I know you kind explained it already but I kinda want to know more" The pixie haired vampire asked me.

"Oh yeah, his accent is very unique. He's from a small little country in Europe that doesn't exist in this universe. But it has it's own language as you heard, and not many people know about it, but yeah"

"Oh wow that's crazy," Rosalie says while Alice adds then she added "okay so, we kinda didn't want to ask but we want to know, when your father was here before he brought Pietro, I hope I said that right. You said that he looked older because of the chemicals and the stone. What happened? If you are comfortable with telling us." Alice and Rosalie look at each other and then looked back at me.

"Yeah you said his name right, I know it's kind of tricky at first," I let out a small chuckle then continued, "And well I'm fine with telling you, but there are just certain things that I can't tell you." I take a deep breath in.

"okay so where Pietro and his sister are from, it's beautiful but there were so many things that were happening that nobody was really talking about, and the rest of the world didn't really know about since it was a small country. And I'm my universe there is an organization that helps protect the world but there was this other organization that was pretending to be them. And they were asking for volunteers to help the world."

"Oh my god that sounds so crazy" Alice said.

"Yeah it was, but that's when my adoptive father and a few of his friends had a mission, to go see what was going on over there because they had an alert of some activity going on over there. Thankfully my dad and the team found Pietro and his sister running away from the tests. They really wanted to do good, but at first they couldn't really trust my dad because they felt like they didn't know right from wrong anymore. But over time it got better. My dad and the team stopped and shut down the site so no more tests happened."

I took a breath again and continued "Pietro and his sister went through all the tests and we're exposed to many different chemicals, combined with something else. For Pietro it caused his hair to turn a sliver, his facial hair grew out fast, and his metabolism to get faster. For his facial hair his sister and I figured out a way to stop it, or at the very least slow it down. But yeah that's pretty much what happened"

"Wow that's absolutely crazy, but at least he and his sister are safe now" Alice says with a comforting smile and I just nod in agreement.

"So that's why he doesn't go to the medical wing?" Rosalie asked.

"Yeah after all the tests, wires, and everything else it freaks him out. Like he's back there." After I said that their moods changed, like a feeling of sorry.

"Okay, just one more question," Alice said.

"Okay"

"So why doesn't your father like Pietro?"

"Well Alice, Rosalie, I can hear you minds screaming that you guys wanna know" we all let out a small laugh,  "but that's just something that I cannot answer because I don't even know. My father has never really liked Pietro but is always civil enough with him."

"Oh well I hope that he gets to like Pietro, we didn't talk to him that much but we can tell that he's a good person" Rosalie said.

"Yeah hopefully" I looked at them and asked if they had any more questions. They both said no and told me that they would come talk to me later. I nodded and they walked out of my room. I finished getting read for bed to get my one hour of sleep.
