Chapter 30

I woke on the ground with bad back pain from sleeping on the floor and from the sun that was coming through the windows of Nat's room allowing me to know where I was. I grabbed anything that was mine and headed back to my room because I was going to meet Tony's new internet at 8 am and it's already 7 and I still need to get ready. I grabbed a pair of high-waisted jean pants with my white bodysuit and black leather jacket before heading to the bathroom to do my morning routine to then put on my outfit. I looked over at myself in the mirror before heading towards my door to get to the elevator to go meet with this intern that I don't even know their name of.

"Miss Y/l, Mr.Happy is waiting for you at the front entrance with Mr.Stark's guest." F.R.I.D.A.Y told me as I rode down to the kitchen to get something to eat first before heading back down. "Thank you F.R.I.D.A.Y" I told her.

I noticed when I was walking to the kitchen that there were four figures on the couches and when I got closer to see who my suspicions were, it was Steve and Michelle on one couch while Bucky and Dot were on the other couch cuddling each other. I just scoffed at what I saw having this bad feeling in my stomach and not knowing what to think of it but hoping nothing will come of it so I left to meet Happy and the mystery guest.

I got off the elevator and saw Happy next to a kid that doesn't look older than 17 and that kept moving around either because he was nervous or anxious to be there, knowing that he is probably annoying Happy by the look on his face which brought a smile on mine.

" Hey Happy"

"Hi Y/n, how have you been?"

" I have been better but would like to introduce me to our guest here?"

" Oh yes. This is Peter Parker."

"Hello ma'am. It's nice to meet you" He strutted a bit.

" It's nice to meet you too Peter. Let's get started shall we? See you later Happy." I tell Peter by getting his attention as I wake a goodbye to Happy knowing I will see him later.

" So how did you get this internship Peter because I didn't even know that Tony was looking for an inter?"

"Well I-um saw something at- um school and just applied to-um the internship with Mr.Stark" Peter said trying to convince me but failing miserably making me giggle.

" Just to let you know I know who you are. I read the file that Tony has on you and your abilities which are amazing if you want we can go to the gym after wards to test them out? But that will be up to you." I said while he tried to interrupt me but failed

"You won't tell anyone, right? But if my Aunt May finds out she is going to kill me. I would like that very much so what are we going to do first?"

I just laughed at how precious he sounded but told him " Don't worry I won't tell anyone and your Aunt may not kill you. We will start by giving you a tour of Shield slash Stark Enterprises since they are in the same building and then move to the Average Compound where you may spend more of your time there." After that I showed him the different levels of shields that he could use. He doesn't have clearance for that yet but as he keeps working he will and the labs of Stark enterprises will get most of our things when we don't have them in our personal lab.

We got to know each other more as I was showing him around and weirdly we have some things in common too which made conversation flow easily between us. I could easily say that I could see Peter like a little brother that I never had growing up and I would do anything to make sure he is safe and not in any unwanted danger. I keep showing him around the Compound where his room will be for days. She is too tired to go home, where the medical bay is, the common rooms, what the different floors are for.
