Chapter 40

3 Months later

Everything has been a bit hectic from me planning Tony and Pepper's wedding to me putting the finishing touches on the project that I have been working on. Since the wedding is like in 5 days we are preparing the compound ready since both Pepper and Tony wanted the wedding here plus it fits everything and everyone because it's a small wedding so only people close to them are here.

The closer to Wednesday the more I think about moving out since I don't do any mission at the moment and the only work that I am doing is for Stark Industry. The only people that know this plan is Nat, Tony and Pepper and that's because Nat and Tony were making noise and asked F.R.I.D.A.Y. what I was up to so they saw me looking at different things and they grew suspicious of what I was up to.

Two days later

It was the day that both Pepper and Tony decided to have their bachelorette/bachelor parties and to not have them the day before because Tony didn't want to be hungover on his Wedding day. And since it's still pretty early for anything that Pepper planned I decided that I wanted to check on my project but I noticed that I will be done with it today if I work on this for an hour or three which is a good thing because it would then allow me to still have some time afterwards to get ready.

While the boys go out and drink and do whatever Tony wants to do with them, us girls are going to do a couple stuff before we go out and get some dinner and maybe some drinks .I got take a shower to start to get ready because the first thing that we are going to do is go do our nails and then to dinner.

I headed down to the garage to see everyone down there already and when I saw Dot and Michelle there I wasn't surprised because since the day that Pepper put them in their spots, Steve and Bucky were able to convince Pepper, I don't know how but they did.

There weren't too many of us or too few either but we still had to take two cars because there were 8 of us for example Pepper, Nat, Wanda, Dot, Maria, Michelle, Sharon, and me.

Once we got to the nail salon we all chose what we wanted to get so everyone was doing their own thing but still having a good time with each other depending on who is close to you. As I was getting a pedicure I started to talk to Sharon who is the total opposite of her cousin and actually sweet and doesn't like her cousin or her cousin's friend when she found out what they did to my relationship. It felt like a breath of fresh air when I was talkie to her so our entire time we were at the salon we kept talking about everything that came to mind and really got to know each other even more.

" Can I be honest with you?" I told Sharon and she nodded her head. " Really thought that we were going to be just like your cousin and I would suffer through the day because of it.

"You see I don't get why people think that we are the same because I don't know what goes through her head on most things and what she did to you and your relationship with Steve and Bucky is horrible." She says honestly and I could tell by the look on her eyes. " Growing up with her was annoying and draining because she always played the victim if she didn't get what she wanted or just acted like a beat for no reason . I don't know how my aunt could even raise someone like that but I do know that she would see Steve happy with someone that truly loves him and not for his title like I know my cousin does."

We kept talking for a while before we all headed to the restaurant for our reservations to have an early dinner and I think that everyone could tell that Sharon and I got close and shocked them. Once we all ordered our food and the food arrived at the table we enjoyed our small talk with each other while discussing what we should do next since the night is still young . We all decided to bar hop until we found the perfect one to stay at for the rest of the night, so we all paid for our food and started to walk out when Maria and I started to talk and asked me about Alex.
