Chapter 47

Y/n's POV

" You want to agree with me? Then go for it Bucky because I am tired of the shit that you and Steve have put on me in the past 8 years that I have known you. I don't understand what you are so angry about." Y/n exclaims to them.

"The shit that we put you through? How about the shit you put us through when you distance yourself from us and then just leave with a warning or a goodbye? How about that because that isn't fair for us." Bucky exclaims, causing it to escalate even more.

"I distance myself from the two of you. It was the other way around. It was the fact that you distanced yourselves from and got so close to Dot and Michelle leaving me behind as if you didn't love me anymore which hurt like hell." I tell them knowing that they might not care.

This time it's Steve speaking up after seeing how Bucky and I went to each other's throats  real quick and saying " Yea you distanced yourself from us after we came back from the cabin but you were able to make time for Peter, Pietro, and Alex real quick while you barely spent any time with us."

"Here's the thing Steve I reason I would spend time with them was that Peter and I were helping Tony with the proposal and the wedding so he wouldn't fuck it up.  And I would hang out with Pietro or Alex because they noticed how I worked more than before so they decided to take me out to places so I wouldn't burn myself out. The both of you didn't even notice how I would be either in the lab or in my office working on anything that I could do so I wasn't alone." I tell them to try the obvious.

" Then why didn't you come and talk to us? I thought we had good communication with each other." Steve said, trying to state the obvious.

" Like you just said we HAD good communication with each other but that disappeared the moment that you chose to spend time with Michelle or Dot. Every time I talked to guys you would say that you were too busy to talk or that you were tired and to come back later even just straight up ignore me as if I wasn't right in front of you." I tell them almost yelling at them.

" Or how I would try to make time to go on our weekly date night when the both of you were off so we could spend time with each other but nope you would never show up. You know how embarrassing it is to be waiting at a restaurant that's filled with people that are staring at you with remorse. I don't think so. Here's another time that you just never showed up when you said you will meet me at the movie theater and I should buy the tickets. At that point, I didn't have expectations or anything that related to the both of you because it seemed like you fell out of love with me when you guys said that you were going to love me for infinity." I tell them as my heart breaks remembering every time my heart broke.

" That's not fair because you would come when we were busy. How exactly did you want that to work out?" Bucky said in an angry duh tone.

" You two don't get it to do you?" I tell them sadly.

" What do you mean that we don't get it because, for the most part, we do," Steve said

" No, you don't because the two of you might have not cheated on me physically but you did emotionally and mentally. Which is so much worse. I had to see the both  of you shut me out as if I was a nobody in your life when I needed you the most." I was interrupted by both of them.

" What do you mean you?" Steve said protectively while Bucky was brooding and thinking of what could have been that bad.

"The day before Tony and Pepper's wedding I was finishing up a project that I was asked to do by the Profferso to help, so I was putting the finishing touches on a cloud-like force field which I absorbed. I passed out for a couple of hours and when I woke up I felt fine so I decided to run some tests to make sure everything was fine and it was until I went to sleep. All night I was trying to sleep but I couldn't because I felt so hot that I told F.R.I.D.A.Y to make my room as cold as possible and it didn't help so I was tired of the most part. We were all in the reception when it was worse than before so Alex took me to Medbay and they ran a test on me again but this time they came out different than the day before. The doctor told me two um things that day one being that my DNA was altered allowing me to have powers  so I quickly made the connection to the day before  and um the second one was that um.." Before I could even finish Bucky started to become impatient as I was having trouble saying what I had to say.
