School seemed to drag on, but thank god today was Friday.

This week went pretty fast, considering I had a lot of Make up work to do from all those days I missed and such.

Finishing up my last Trigonometry and Pre-Calc problems, I gathered my things and headed towards the front desk.

To be honest, I don't even know half of the problems on the paper. Not gonna Lie, I used google while Mr.West wasn't looking.

"Did you have any trouble with these?" Mr.West asked, smiling.

"No sir, they were easy as pie." I smiled back, obviously lying my ass off.

"Well okay. Thanks for taking your Friday afternoon to complete these."

Yeah I basically had to give up half of my Friday afternoon to stay after school and finish these problems to bring my grades up.

"Yeah, yeah." I let out a small awkward laugh.

"See you on Monday", I added as I walked out the empty classroom.

He nodded, "see ya, have a great weekend."

"You too." I called out walking out the class.

Walking out the school, I couldn't help but look for Hayes car.

I mean they have practice almost every day of the week.

I was maybe hoping to catch a ride, so I wouldn't have to walk home.

Those Trigonometry problems really got me tired.

Who am I kidding I'm just lazy as shit.

Taking my time, hoping to run into Hayes, I took a glance towards the field, and saw some of the guys picking up the equipment and others walking towards the school parking lot.

"Haylee!" I turned back around to see a sweaty boy jogging towards me with his bag, "wait up!"

I couldn't help but smile, stopping dead in my tracks, I waited for the sweaty fool.

"What are you? Stalking me now?" He asked getting closer.

I let out a sarcastic laugh, "real funny." I replied rolling my eyes.

"You do know, if you roll your eyes too much, they're going to pop out." He stated raising an eyebrow.

"Shut up." I laughed.

He grinned, "do you need a ride?"

YAS BITCH YAS.

"No thank you. I can walk."

I mentally smack myself. You're going to blow it off Haylee. Keep it together.

"Shut up and get in the car." He shakes his head, unlocking his car and throwing his bag in the trunk and opening the driver seat and getting in.

"Do I have a choice?" I groaned.

"No."

"Fine." I opened the door and got in.

"Fine."

"Great."

"Marvelous."

"Spectacular."

"I can go on." He leaned back into the seat.

"Yeah well I didn't ask." I smirked.

He looked at me in the eyes, smiled and shook his head.

"What?" I asked furrowing my eyebrows.

"Nothing." He smiled turning on the car and backing out the parking lot.

"Okay?"

"Okay."

"What is this some TFIOS?" I questioned.

"You ask a lot of questions." He chuckled.

"You're annoying." I rolled my eyes.

"OH NO. Nope I already see your eyes popping out." He screamed dramatically.

"Oh my god. You're an idiot." I said through laughs, looking at the way he scrunched his nose and laughed afterwards.

The ride consisted of us laughing and making jokes.

"How's your mom and your brothers?" He looked at me and back at the road.

"They're fine. The usual. How about you? How's sky? Nash? Your mom? Basically your family?" I rambled on.

"They're good too. They're always asking for you. Especially sky and mom. Sky is always asking when you're going to come over again and play horses with her."

I smiled at the memories of Sky and I playing horses when I used to go over. And His mom cooking. And the way Nash swears he's funny. But he's a real goof ball.

"Oh." Was all that left my mom.

"Yea."

It was silence but the good kind of comforting silence.

"Tell them I said hi and that I miss all of them. And to not worry I'll visit soon." I broke the silence.

I looked over at him and saw him smiling, " I will." He said.

"Well here you are."

"Thanks. Again." I smiled.

Damn. I'm always saying thanking to him. And not a lot of 'you're welcome's'.

"No problem." He smiled.

"See you around Charles." He smirked.

"Laters Grier." I threw a peace sign, getting out the car, earning a laugh from him.

He waited for me to go inside then he drove off home, I'm assuming.

"Let the weekend begin." I mumbled walking into the empty house.
