note. . . i decided to edit my final words before closing this painstakingly long (slow burn) story because it was underwhelming for me to just end with a few farewell.
firstly, i wrote this for a couple reasons: i need more beomgyu and kai fics, to write freely (no specific plot to follow), and i wanted characters that i can relate to. so, you can clearly say that i was projecting on kai the entire time—the way his life shaped around being anxious and certain past incidents.
i also have a journal! i write not as often as kai does, but i have one since i was a child. my mother influenced me into writing down things that are worth remembering, and i seriously recommend it to everyone. (it's not childish at all!)
lastly, i really want to say thank you to several readers that made it possible for me to finish this properly and not just deleting it without any notice. feedback is always a motivation of mine. thank you so much!
