"You know this is ridiculously cliché right? I mean the janitor's closet? Really?"

"Shut up,it was the only place I could think of."

We were currently still in the tiny storeroom just wrapped in each others arms doing nothing in particular.

I didn't even go to class,it was too late by the time we were done screaming our heads off,so Ezra persuaded me to stay.

"You're a horrible teacher"I teased him and he must had known I didn't mean that literally because he flicked my nose.

"You have to go soon, the period is almost over and I have a class next"He sighed.

"Can I see you tonight? Explain the whole rumor thing and all?"

"Eh I'd love too but I've already made plans with my mom and I don't see her very often because of the divorce"I lowered my voice which sounded pathetic even to my own ears.

"Say no more. We can always meet tomorrow. Now shoo,go, before somebody sees us." He pecked me on the lips and I cracked the door open, checking to see if anyone was roaming the hallway.

Thankfully no one was so I slipped outside and headed towards the gym since I had that next.

For the rest of the day I was being paranoid and going out of my mind thinking someone had seen me getting out of the closet.

By the time the final bell rung I started relaxing a bit and when I finally got home, my nerves disappeared altogether.

I spend the afternoon lounging around, reading a book for English until it was time to get ready to meet mom.

We were gonna watch "Casablanca" one of my absolute favorites. Mom knew how much I loved black and white films and especially adored this one.

I decided to dress up a little so I threw on a floral printed dress with an open back paired with simple nude pumps.

I was barely done with hair and makeup when I heard mom honking.

I picked up my phone and after a last glance in the mirror I exited the house.

"Hey honey how was your day?" Ella,my mom, greeted me once I got into the car and took off.

"It was good" I replied truthfully thinking about how my day had turned around.

"You look older" She observed and I rolled my eyes.

"Mom you saw me literally four days ago"

"No I mean the way you're dressed today and your makeup. You don't look 17"

"Well that's not too bad right?"

"Guess not. You were always mature for your age.Even when you were a little kid. You cared about things like art.Speaking of which you're ready to see the movie?"

"Like Evey time.I never get bored of it"I admited and unfastened my seatbelt once mom parked outside of the tiny movie theater.

It was my favorite place in the whole town. There was only one screening room and they didn't show any up to date films.

Instead the owner made a living out of people who loved and appreciated the pastime's filmography.

"Let's go get our tickets. You never know how many people are going to show up" I rolled my eyes at the inside joke - barely anyone came to the screenings - but followed her nonetheless.

"Just one please" the guy in front of us in the ticket's line asked and I didn't pay him any attention until he turned around and my eyeballs almost fell from their sockets.
