Chapter 25

The moment my eyes fell on Spencer's stormy ones, I felt like a kindergarten kid that was caught doing something wrong by its teacher.

I didn't dare speak as she approached the place Ezra and I were not so surreptitiously making out seconds before.

"You" she looped her hand around mine and guided me away "since you're too stupid to make rational decisions for yourself , you'll go with Toby and find the others. You won't look back and you won't come back while Mr.Fitz and I have a little talk"

Despite her tone and despite the fact poor Ezra was going to get the lecture of his life by one of his students, I smiled.

Spencer was talking to me and dealing with it instead of ignoring me and that was a win by itself despite the outcome.

"Okay" I breathed and turned around to glance at Ezra who in all honesty looked terrified.

I winked at him before Spencer pulled hard on my hard and pushed me where our group of friends were waiting.

"Where where you?" Em asked the same time Hanna said "What's going on?"

I waved my hand dismissively and turned to the others, while Spencer disappeared behind the tent again.

"Do you mind if I steal your dates for a while?" Maya and Caleb grinned at me and shook their heads.

"We'll be at the pizza booth" Toby motioned towards the other side of the fair and I nodded while dragging the girls towards the ferry's wheel.

"Aria, stop you're going to unhing my arm" Hanna whined and I let her go since we were already at the line.

"Spencer saw us" I whispered

"Saw wh- oh" realization dawned on Emily and I nodded while Hanna motioned for me to go on"

"She's talking to him right now"

"Poor Fitz" Hanna snickered and I shushed her "Keep your voice down will ya? And stop calling him that, it's weird."

"Next" a bored voice alerted us and we moved forward when the couple in front of us got in the cubicle.

"Three pleas-" I said to the worker but stopped immediately when he raised his blue eyes to stare death at my direction.

Noel.

"Well well well look who the cat dragged in. It's the little teacher's whore and her pretty little liars of her friends" I couldn't speak because this simply wasn't happening.

"Tell me, what do you do exactly to get that easy A? Do you just let him fuck you or do you do a little extra credit if you know what I mean? How often do you suck his dic-"

"THAT'S ENOUGH!" Emily screeched and Hanna pulled me to her side. I had a hard time seeing due to the tears that had started falling freely down my cheeks sometime during his little speech.

"I mean look at you" Noel went on unfazed and vaguely gestured at my outfit. "You even look like a whore. Maybe I can call you later? I don't know how much you charge but ill-"

My palm collided with his face so fast I didn't even realize I had slapped him until he put his hands on his cheek smearing the blood that came out of his nose.

In one swift motion he captured my hand and pulled me forward until I was pressed tight against him, his bloody nose intches away from my mouth.

"Tell me little whore, how does it feel to ruin a life? Felt happy when you snitched on me about the tests huh?"
