Brother Spider Demon

"A twelve Kizuki is here... An actual one... here on this mountain!"

-3rd Person POV-
The moment Tanjiro looked at the full moon, he looked away as fast as he can. He thought to himself, "That was too close! I should be careful. The next time I may turn into a monster." He thought about Inosuke as he said, "Hold on! Inosuke!" He started making his way back to Inosuke as he kept thinking, "The blood of the Twelve Kizuki should have a high degree of Kibutsuji's blood. If I can extract it, the medicine that will turn Nezuko back into a human can be completed sooner!" Inosuke asked, "So, did you defeat it?" Inosuke was bloody from his wound as Tanjiro asked, "Are you all right, Inosuke?" Inosuke said, "I asked you whether you defeated that thing or not!" Tanjiro answered, "Yeah, I did. But anyway, Inosuke, how are you feeling?" Inosuke warned, "Don't coddle me! Do you hear me? Got this? After all, anything you can do, I can do, too! Before you know it, my head will be harder than yours! Not to mention... Not to mention... Um..." Tanjiro thought, "He's wounded severely. I couldn't save the others, either. That person gave off the scent of terror and suffering. Enough to make her yearn for death." Tanjiro started to wrap Inosuke's wounds as he struggled to get away. Tanjiro thought, "What's happening on this mountain? With a Twelve Kizuki... and a family of demons living here... " Inosuke yells, "Cut that out! I don't need that!" Tanjiro said, "Stay still, Inosuke!" Inosuke yells, "I'm totally fine!" Tanjiro finished to himself, "But... I thought demons didn't group up."

-With Zenitsu (3rd Person POV)-
Zenitsu was bit by something as he yells, "Ouch! Ouch!" He grabbed his hand, he thought, "Something just pricked me! What the hell? This is so annoying!" He started walking angrily as he said, "I can't even find Tanjiro and Inosuke anywhere! This sucks! Where did they go?" He comes to a stop in front of a converging path as he angrily asks, "Which way? And it stinks around here, too! Stinks! I think I'm gonna run! And this sound of spiders skittering around is so creepy! I'm sure these spiders are just trying to survive, too, but still!" Rustling comes from behind him as he gets a chill run up his spine. He angrily shouts at it, "Dammit! Shut up! Stop moving!" He points at a spider with a human head looking straight at him. He screams, "Is this even possible?"
Zenitsu's scream was heard from afar as he begins running while yelling, "That's a spider with a human face! That's a spider with a human face! What's up with that? What's up with that? Please be a dream! Please be a dream! Please be a dream! If this can just be a dream, I promise to work harder! If I wake up to find myself resting my head on Nezuko-chan's lap, then I promise to give it all I have! I'll even plow fields! I'll be glad to plow a whole acre, no, even two acres! So, please!" Zenitsu comes to a halt as he screams aloud, "Let me wake up from this nightmare!" He opens his eyes to see a house on threads along with people hanging on threads, gasping at the sight. The people who are hanging, groan as they look purple-ish around some places on their bodies. Zenitsu thought, "What the heck is that? Are those humans being turned into spiders? Is that house floating? I can see a glimpse of something, but are those threads? And it really stinks! Talk about pungent! This would kill Tanjiro with his keen sense of smell! This smell is making my throat ache! I'm tearing up! My eyes hurt, too!" The wooden house creaks, giving both Chuntaro and Zenitsu a start. Zenitsu screams as a large spider demon with a head comes out. Zenitsu thought, "It's huge! It's huge! It's huge! It's so huge! That thing is too huge!" The demon chuckles as Zenitsu whimpers in fear. He yelled, "You know what? Whatever you are, we're not going to talk!" Zenitsu turns his heel and runs in the opposite direction. The Spider Demon chuckles, saying, "It's no use running away! You've already lost." Zenitsu screamed out, "What are you muttering about? I don't want to hear you talk! I don't like guys like you, all right?" The Spider Demon says, "You already know how dire your situation is, don't you?" Zenitsu asked, "What are you talking about?" He said, "Take a look at your hands." Zenitsu said, "Huh? My hands? What's wrong with my hands-" Zenitsu looked at his hand to see his hand turning purple along with a huge bite mark. He asks, "What's this?" The Spider Demon said, "It's poison. You got bitten by a spider, right? That poison will turn you into a spider, too." The Spider Demon laughs as Zenitsu whimpers. The Spider Demon added, "In another 30 minutes, you'll be my slave, crawling across the earth! Look at this. It's a clock. Do you understand? By the time this long hand goes around once, you'll have joined the spiders! When the needle arrives here, you'll start to feel tingling and pain in your limbs. When it's here, you'll also feel dizzy and nauseous! Here, you'll experience intense pain, your body will start to shrink, and you'll blackout! And by the time you wake up..." The demon giggled and laughed as Zenitsu still whimpers. Zenitsu screamed as spiders started to crawl towards him. He screamed even more at the scene before him. He started running while the Spider Demon said, "Running away..." Zenitsu interrupted home as he yelled, "Is futile! Right, right, right! I know that, all right? I know that!" Zenitsu started climbing up the tree while the Spider Demon laughed at him. He asked, "What do you think you're doing?" Zenitsu said, "Shut up! Just shut up!" The Spider Demon said, "There's no need to be afraid. Once the poison makes its rounds and you turn into a spider, your mind will be gone, too!" Zenitsu screams, "No! That's exactly what I don't want! Why can't you understand that, huh? I bet you have no friends or a girlfriend! No one would like you!" The Spider Demon got irritated as he said, "Tch! I can see that you want an extra dose of poison to turn into a spider faster." Zenitsu whimpered at the words as he screamed, "No! No! I don't want t turn into that!" He held onto the tree tighter as he whimpered. An old man said, "Pull yourself together!"

-Zenitsu's Memory-
An old man yelled at Zenitsu in a tree, "Stop crying! Stop running away! Such behaviour won't get you anywhere! Zenitsu! Come down from there! We're going to continue training!" Zenitsu screamed out, "Oh, no! I'm sure I'll die if I train anymore! I'm sure that I'll die, so..." the man yelled, "It's not going to kill you! Not this level of training! Come down from there, you fool!" Zenitsu yelled, "Jii-san!" He yelled, "Call me 'Master'!" Zenitsu said, "But I love you, Jii-san!" The man blushed from that comment.

"When the girl I loved made me raise money so she could run off with another guy, you did rescue me from my mountain of debt! Well, maybe all you wanted was to go train a swordsman!"

Zenitsu yelled, "I want to live up to your expectations, too! But that's totally beyond me! I do feel terrible about the fact that I'm like this! Just so you know, I've been training on my own in secret, too! I've been barely sleeping!" As Zenitsu kept yelling, a storm cloud started to emerge from above him. He finished, "But I have absolutely nothing to show for it! What does this mean? I mean, really, what does this mean?" The man yelled back, "Calm down, Zenitsu! You do have the ability to..." Zenitsu cut him off as he yelled, "I've had enough!" Lightning, from out of nowhere, struck the tree Zenitsu hid in. The man screamed, "Zenitsu!" Zenitsu fell to the ground motionless, steaming from the lightning that struck him.

"What a miserable life. I got struck by lightning. It changed my hair colour. I was thankful just to be alive, but... I... I hate myself more than anyone else. I always try to get my act together, but I end up cowering, running away, and snivelling. I want to change. I want to be a capable individual."

-Back in the real world-
Zenitsu yelled, "I'm doing everything I can, all right? So, why do I have to end up going bald and turning into a monster? It can't be true, right? It can't be!" Zenitsu keeps sobbing as the Brother Spider Demon asked himself, "Huh? What's up with this guy?" More spider minions climb up the tree while Zenitsu is startled, he screamed, "Crap! Don't climb up here! Just leave me alone for a minute! Just for a minute, all right?" Zenitsu rips some hair out of his head. He looks at his ripped hair in confusion. He thought, "My hair's falling out already! Losing hair... Hey, he never mentioned that part to me!" The Brother Demon laughed at him while Zenitsu watches in fear. Zenitsu finally had enough and lost consciousness, falling limp on the branch.

Chapter 34: End.

-A Little Secret-
Zenitsu's master had retired because of an injury. He lost his leg, forcing him to retire.
