Both Iguro and Mitsuri were also fighting demons. Iguro had a horde of demons in front of him and used,

Iguro then goes from demon to demon while slashing at their necks. When he finished with the last demon, he coldly states, "Stay away from Kanroji... You scum!" Mitsuri was fangirling very hard while thinking, "Kyaaah!! Iguro is so great!!" Iguro walks to Mitsuri while asking, "Are you hurt?" She silently yelled, "No!" Iguro walks toward somewhere else while saying, "Let's go."

- With Muichiro & Genya -
A demon's head was cut right off but the two looked as if they were in a hurry. Muichiro says, "It's an incredible number of demons, isn't it?" Gyomei said, "It appears they've been imbued with strength roughly equal to a Lower-Ranked Kizuki. They're trying to wear us down." Muichiro asked, "What about Ubuyashiki-sama?" Gyomei said, "He died one step ahead of us. It was a dignified end. I don't think he would make the same mistake if letting a demon find him." Muichiro asked, "Did he offer himself as bait?" Gyomei stayed quiet for a few seconds before saying, "Yes, that's right. He knew he didn't have long to live." Muichiro thought, "Master."
He then begins to say, "After a demon attack took me down I was lingering on the border between life and death... He stayed by me the whole time. He did the same for the other Corps members who nearly died... like a father." Gyomei agrees, "Yes... That's right." Muichiro's eyes well up with tears while saying, "Muzan even stole our Father, not just my big brother. Muzan!! I'll make sure he suffers before I send him to hell!" Gyomei was also very angry as veins were evident on his face. He also said, "Don't worry. Everyone feels the same way."

- With Sanemi -
Sanemi was sat on both knees on a platform looking defeated. He thought, "Master... I couldn't protect him." A demon ambushed him to his left. He was unfazed but slashes the demon with little to no effort. The demon crumbled with many more demons showing up. Sanemi begins to say, "They keep coming, one right after another! You filth! Bring it on!" He also started to tear up while finishing, "I'll kill you all!"

- By Inosuke's Location -
Inosuke ran down a corridor while yelling, "Headlong... Rush!!" He encountered demons but cut them all down with ease while saying, "I'm suddenly in this crazy place... and there're demons everywhere! Perfect for testing my training!!"

- With Genya -
Genya also ran down a hallway while thinking to himself, "What is this place? A demon base? Where is everyone? Big Brother... Be safe for me, Big Brother!"

- With Zenitsu -
Zenitsu was also running to an undetermined location. He thought, "I heard something. Muzan may be close. I'll never forgive him! Never!"

- With Shinobu -
Shinobu walked slowly inside a corridor while thinking to herself, "I smell blood. Where am I?" After a minute of walking, she finally opened a door and saw many dead female bodies that surrounded a person. There were also crunching sounds but soon stopped after she opened the door. The person, or demon, looked behind him and saw a Shinobu standing right there. He says, "Ah... You came? Oh! A girl! You look young and tasty! Later, I'll have to thank Nakime!"

- Shinobu's Memory -
A young Shinobu held a very bloody and dying Kanae who said, "Shinobu... Please, leave the Demon Slayer Corps. You're trying hard. You're really trying hard... but perhaps you... I want you to be happy like a normal girl... and live until you become an old woman. You've already done enough." Shinobu's eyes tear up while she yells, "No! There's no way I can quit! I must avenge you! Tell me! What kind of demon was it? Who defeated you?! Tell me, Kanae!! Please!! After all this, there's no way I can live a normal life!!" Kane didn't say a word so Shinobu yells, "Kanae!!"

- Back with Shinobu -
She remembered her exact words.

The demon removes the hat from his head while greeting, "Hi there! Nice to meet you! My name is Doma. Nice night, huh?"

"He's grinning and laughing... and speaks calmly and kindly."

One of the bodies around Doma says, "H... Hel... Help... Help me!!" Doma raises his finger and places it to his lips while saying, "Shhh! I'm talking, right?" He then uses an attack on the body but missed. He looked to his left and saw that Shinobi carried the lady in her arms. Shinobi asked her, "Are you I'm at?" Doma gleams while saying, "Wow! You're fast! Are you a Hashira?" The last in Shinobu's arms begin to gasp but the blood splurted from her body. The lady was cut into three and fell to the ground with Shinobu's eyes widening. The Demon says, "Oh... Don't worry about that! Just leave her there. I'll make a proper meal of her later." He stood up and grabbed two sharp golden fans.

"The weapon... that demon uses is... A pair of... sharp fans."

Doma says, "I am the founder id the Eternal Paradise Faith. My role is to be happy with all the faithful. I will devour her thoroughly and leave nothing left over." Shinobi thought, "This is the demon who killed my sister." Shinobi then said, "Everyone's happiness? Ridiculous! She didn't like it and pleaded for help." The demon said, "So I helped her, right? She's no longer in pain. Nor suffering. Nor is she afraid. Everyone fears death. That's why I eat them. They live on with me forever. I firmly take the believers' feelings... blood... and flesh... and save them, leading them higher." Shinobu grows a few veins on her forehead out of anger and said, "You're insane. Is your head all right? I really feel sick." Doma said, "Huh? We've never even net before, but you're really prickly. Oh... I get it. Poor you. Something painful must have happened to you. Tell me about it." Shinobu was beyond angry and grabs her haori while yelling, "What do you mean 'painful'?! You killed my sister! Do you remember seeing this haori?" Doma took a while to remember before saying, "Oh! This girl who was using Flower Breathing? She was kinda cute. I couldn't finish eating her because the sun came up. I remember. I really did want to finish... her." Shinobu cut Doma off by piercing his left eye with her sword. Doma had one hand as if to protect himself, but he was too late.
Shinobu used,

"Insect Breathing, Dance of The Bee Sting: True Flutter!"

While the end of the sword went through his skull, Doma still said, "An amazing thrust! I couldn't stop it with my hand." He then grabs his golden fans and used,

"Blood Demon Art: Frozen Lotus!"

Doma used both fans slashed in the area where Shinobu stood. Shinobu quickly flipped backwards to dodge the attack but still got hit from the attack. She thought, "So cold!! Air so child it feels like my lungs will burst!" Doma said, "You're fast. Very fast. But so pathetic. Thrust techniques can't kill demons. The head. You really do have to sever the head." Shinobu sheathes her katana and asks, "A thrust can't kill, but what about poison?" Doma was then overcome with the poison that entered his system. He then held his face and fell to the ground. Shinobu thought, "I'll soon know if this poison will work... on an Upper-Rank Kizuki. Kanae... Please..." Doma thrashes around while yelling, "Gah! Doma continues, "The compound changes... for each demon! That's what he said too!" He begins to cough out blood but soon stopped. He said, "Hmm? The poison... Seems like I was able to break it down! Sorry! After you were kind enough to use it on me! That katana... When you sheathe it, the sound is peculiar. Is that where the compound changes?" He begins to clap happily while saying, "Well! This is fun! Getting poisoned is interesting! I could make a habit out of it! Do you think the next compound will work? Let's try!" Shinobu unsheathes her katana and assumes a stance while saying, "All right. Good idea. After all... I've anticipated everything so far!"
